Indiabulls Real Estate raises Rs865 crore at Rs101.10 per share through QIP
Indiabulls Real Estate Limited on Monday announced that the company has completed a capital raise of Rs865 crore ($ 114 million) at Rs101.1 per equity share through Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP). QIP will be issued at a price which is 6 months average of share price as per sebi guidelines which should work out between 60-70 so keep your belts tight till the share price reaches this price atleast

PIL is dead and no more an issue. Group will get much stronger in the next few years. Hence it is the best time to buy for great returns. IMHO, R2 will be given and the chances are like huge, say, 95 percent.
