Mumbai: The ?680-crore initial public offer (IPO) of AGS Transact Technologies was subscribed 7.79 times on Friday, the final day of the bidding process.
The issue - the first IPO in 2022 - received applications for 22.35 crore shares against the 2.87 crore shares on offer.
The high net worth individual (HNI) or non-institutional investors' portion was subscribed 25.61 times while the retail portion was subscribed 3.08 times. The quota reserved for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 2.68 times.
On Tuesday, AGS raised ?204 crore by allotting shares to 17 anchor investors at ?175 per share. At the upper end of the price band of ?166-175 per share, the company is valued at ?2,107 crore.
The issue was entirely an offer for sale by the promoters and other shareholders.
