The proposed sale of a majority stake in Yes Bank has faced delays, as the Reserve Bank of India is hesitant to grant majority control to a foreign financial institution.

If such a big international bank shows interest in this bank think of potenial of growth, this is next IRFC when it will run. Ofcourse shares dilution is required which will happen soon.

One thing I know. Yes Bank cant remain at 25 forever. It is Bank with more than 3.5 lakh cr total assets. That means 1.2 lak cr more than IDFC first bank. As and when profit will increases, yes bank will increase. I am just dumping my extra money regularly in yes bank.

"Yes Banks deal value should be Rs 88,000 crore (Rs 30.5 per share "as per MC article........hold tight for sure gain in next 2-3 years. Better return then FD for sure....only for long-term investors.... short-term rosk takers avoid as it can drop down to 19 also if overall market goes down due to political scenario change circumstances.

The banks/organisations follow standard norms to provide for debts if those cross certain stipulated due/overdue period. Debtors ageing through due/overdue timelines is a routine process followed by organisations.

Friends, we must think about all these things 1. The court order essentially requires Yes Bank to restore the Tier 1 bonds valued at over ₹8,300 crore in its books, while taking an equity write-off…………….This would effectively mean that the bank s equity capital would take about a 3 per cent hit, which would be made up if the Tier 1 bonds are restored. 2.Should Yes Bank decide to repay the bonds……………….its Tier 1 capital can take a 3 per cent dent, which it will have to make up through a new equity or Tier 1 bond issue. 3.There is also a possibility that Tier 1 bond holders will be allowed to convert their holdings into Yes Bank shares, in which case there will be no impact. In first case we all need to loose 3% of our holdings. In second case again they have to issue Rs. 8,400 Cr worth Equity. In third case also again they have to issue Rs. 8,400 Cr worth Equity. In second third cases huge dilution will take place again and that too after Lock-in period over. So SBI and other banks leave Yes Bank silently. More over what will be the Carlyle s and Advent s future action in all the cases…….. With huge dilution what we do, if nobody comes to take promoter position. Only one thing will happen after happening all these things……………..Sure they have to Write-Off Equity to some extent to attract a new promoter. Otherwise our situation will be miserable. New investors better stay away for at least one and a half month…. Sultan

FII investment increasing, NPA reduced in balance sheet, retailers are panic sellers. Its time to accumulate, still its in good position. In current market level, this is 1 of the best buy.

you are spot on, nothing is going to change. At worst, Yes Bank will restore the Bonds and will not pay Interest by not declaring dividend, further there is no maturity date so the investment is perpetual.

I can feel the frustration of management of yes bank....The new liability of 8400 crores approx of At1 bond holders have been forced on yes bank by high court unnecessarily..jaise hi share kuch chalne laga jo Liability already write off ho chuki hai books me yse generate kiya jaa raha he 👦 Bond holders are asking shares of yes bank...which will create equity dilution...
