Further, it operates IBL Eyecare clinic at Tiruvannamalai, Nalam Multispeciality Dental Clinic at Chennai, and Lafuse Hair and Skin Clinic at Chennai; manufactures waste heat recovery systems package boilers, economisers, super heaters, steam drums, deaerator cum feed water storage tankers, blow down systems, dosing systems, heat exchangers, pressure vessels and storage tanks, water-preheaters, and air-preheaters under the IBL MATRIX brand; and produces organic vegetables, fruits, and other grocery industries and other establishments, as well as develops commercial and residential infrastructure projects.
