Stocks to Watch


Bharti Airtel


The telecommunications service provider has announced a collaboration with Google to offer a secure and engaging messaging experience for users in India. Google’s Rich Communications Services (RCS) platform and spam filtering will enable Airtel users to experience RCS messaging with high-quality photos/videos and interactive elements, while benefiting from enhanced protections that significantly reduce mobile spam and digital fraud.


GAIL (India)


Deepak Gupta has assumed charge as Chairman and Managing Director of the company, effective March 1, following the superannuation of Sandeep Kumar Gupta from the position of Chairman and Managing Director.


Bharat Electronics


The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 1.95 per share for FY26.


Brigade Enterprises


The company has launched a residential project — Brigade Stellaris — in Chennai, with a gross development value of Rs 1,700 crore. The project will be developed on a 5.19-acre prime land parcel.


Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company


The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) conducted an inspection of the company in February 2025 and issued its observations.


On February 26, 2026, IRDAI issued a Show Cause Notice (SCN), and the company is in the process of submitting its response. The SCN relates to the business and operational aspects of the company.


Further, IRDAI has also issued a Letter of Advice on certain matters, recommending compliance measures. The company stated that there is no impact on its financial, operational, or other activities at this stage.


Eleganz Interiors


The company has received an order worth Rs 122.02 crore from Global Information Technology Organisation for the supply, installation, and handover of interior fit-out works.


Aurobindo Pharma


The United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) inspected Unit-I, a formulation manufacturing facility of the company's subsidiary Eugia Pharma Specialities, located in Ranga Reddy, Telangana, from February 16 to February 27. The inspection concluded with four observations.


Bulk Deals


Vishal Mega Mart


Promoter entity Samayat Services LLP sold 21.75 crore equity shares in Vishal Mega Mart at Rs 117 per share for Rs 2,544.75 crore, and 43.5 crore shares at Rs 117.03 per share for Rs 5,090.8 crore, taking the total stake sale to 13.96 percent of the paid-up equity.


Total promoter shareholding in the company stood at 54.09 percent as of December 2025.


Meanwhile, HDFC Mutual Fund acquired an additional 9.4 crore shares (equivalent to 2.01 percent of the paid-up equity) in the retail chain for Rs 1,100.5 crore. HDFC Large Cap Fund held a 6.13 percent stake in the firm as of December 2025.


Further, the Government of Singapore bought 12.69 crore shares in Vishal Mega Mart for Rs 1,485.1 crore, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore acquired 7.32 crore shares for Rs 857.59 crore. The purchase price for Vishal Mega Mart shares by the above-mentioned investors was Rs 117 per share.


Gaudium IVF and Women Health


GDN Investments acquired 20 lakh shares in the fertility services provider at Rs 83.3 per share for Rs 16.66 crore, and Param Capital bought 25 lakh shares at Rs 85.51 per share, valued at Rs 21.37 crore.


However, Minerva Emerging Opportunities Fund pared 10 lakh shares in Gaudium IVF at Rs 83 per share for Rs 8.3 crore, and Neomile India Opportunity Fund offloaded 15.76 lakh shares at Rs 84.89 per share for Rs 13.38 crore.


Before the listing of Gaudium IVF, Minerva Emerging Opportunities Fund held a 1.65 percent stake (12.04 lakh shares), while Neomile India Opportunity Fund held a 2.2 percent stake (16.04 lakh shares).


IRCTC, Jubilant Foodworks


BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 47.33 lakh shares (0.59 percent stake) in Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), the state-owned ticketing, catering, and tourism services provider, at Rs 569.91 per share, valued at Rs 269.74 crore. It also acquired 49.5 lakh shares (0.75 percent stake) in food services company Jubilant FoodWorks at Rs 519.67 per share, amounting to Rs 257.2 crore.
