Oil and Natural Gas Corporation
ONGC has been allotted 490.62 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each by ONGC Petro Additions (OPaL) via a rights issue. After the said allotment, the shareholding of the company in OPaL has increased by 1.12% to 95.69%, from 94.57?rlier.
Rail Vikas Nigam
RVNL has received a Letter of Acceptance for a project worth Rs 186.76 crore from East Central Railway. The project involves the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of traction substations with associated switching posts for the upgradation work of the electric traction system from 1X25 to 2X25 KV AT feeding system in the Gomoh - Patratu section of the Dhanbad Division of East Central Railway.
Indian Energy Exchange
The electricity exchange achieved an electricity traded volume of 9,689 MU in November, showing a 15.7% year-on-year increase. Despite an increase in power demand, the market clearing price in the Day Ahead Market (DAM) at Rs 3.30 per unit in November declined 17.3% YoY, and the market clearing price in the Real-Time Market (RTM) at Rs 3.46 per unit dropped 13.4% YoY. The DAM volume increased by 9.8% YoY to 5,651 MU, and the RTM volume jumped 28% YoY to 3,019 MU in November.

The senior intelligence officer and inspectors of the Special Intelligence and Investigation Branch (SIIB) conducted a search at the company's manufacturing facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan on December 2. After a thorough examination of the manufacturing plant, the SIIB officials concluded their visit on the same day without seizing any documents or items.

The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has withdrawn the debarment notice issued to the company with immediate effect. Accordingly, the company and its subsidiaries, except Reliance NU BESS, are eligible to participate in all tenders issued by SECI.
PTC India
The Board has appointed Mini Ipe as an Additional Director of the company and designated her as an Independent Director for three years, effective from December 7, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company. Mini Ipe is a former MD of Life Insurance Corporation of India.
HG Infra Engineering
The company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, HG Banaskantha Bess, on December 3, for the battery energy storage system.
Thyrocare Technologies
The company has made another tranche of equity investment of USD 1 lakh (equivalent to Rs 84,90,000) in Thyrocare Laboratories (Tanzania), the 50:50 joint venture company formed in Tanzania to provide diagnostic and healthcare services.

Motilal Oswal Midcap 30 Fund sold a 0.55% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 2,653.22 per share, valued at Rs 201.6 crore.

CA Dawn Investments offloaded a 4.3% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 619.82 per share, amounting to Rs 636.2 crore.
Medi Assist Healthcare Services
Smallcap World Fund Inc offloaded a 2.2% stake in Medi Assist at an average price of Rs 588 per share, valued at Rs 92.6 crore.
Responsive Industries
Foreign investor Brenzett sold a 0.93% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 254.59 per share, amounting to Rs 63.64 crore.
TBO Tek
ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, and AXIS Mutual Fund acquired a 2.56% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 1,465 per share, valued at Rs 408.8 crore. However, Augusta TBO (Singapore) Pte and TBO Korea Holdings sold a 5.87% stake in the company at around the same price, amounting to Rs 934.7 crore.

Promoters Kishore Dutt Atluri and Ashok Atluri sold a 2.2% stake worth Rs 360.1 crore in Zen, while Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund bought a 1.23% stake in Zen at an average price of Rs 1,800 per share, valued at Rs 200 crore.
