Emami
The company has executed a definitive agreement to acquire the remaining 73.5% stake in Axiom Ayurveda. In the first tranche, Emami acquired an additional 36.7% stake (against existing stake around 26.5%). The acquisition is expected to be completed in a phased manner over the next three months.
The transaction involves a total consideration of up to Rs 200 crore.
LG Electronics India
The company announced the sale of over 1 million air conditioners in the first quarter of 2026.
Premier Energies
The company has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake worth Rs 250 crore in Transcon Ind.
Granules India
The company's subsidiary, Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in Chantilly, US, has completed a routine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) audit by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), with four Form 483 observations.
The inspection was conducted from March 30 to April 3, 2026. This was the second US FDA inspection at the Chantilly facility in the last one year.
J Kumar Infraprojects
The company has received a contract worth Rs 1,184 crore for the design, engineering, and procurement of construction of an international exhibition-cum-convention centre for 10,000 people at Vrindavan Yojna, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, on EPC mode.
Rail Vikas Nigam
The company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) worth Rs 242.5 crore from South Central Railway for the design, supply, erection, testing, and commissioning of OHE upgradation from the existing 1x25kV system to a 2x25kV AT Feeding System, along with feeder and earthing works in the Ongole–Gudur section of the Vijayawada division.
GR Infraprojects
The company has executed an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) agreement worth Rs 1,897.51 crore with West Central Railway. The project involves the construction of a new railway line between Bahari and Gondawali stations in Madhya Pradesh.
Adani Power
The company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. (MSEDCL) for the supply of 2,500 MW RE RTC power for a period of 25 years.

The Central Government has approved the appointment of Deepak Arora as the company’s Managing Director for a period of three years, effective October 27, 2025.

The company has signed a license agreement for a 98-room hotel property in Simara, Nepal. The property will be managed by the company’s subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.

The company has been declared the preferred bidder in an e-auction for the mining lease of the Chhipta limestone block in Madhya Pradesh.
Vikran Engineering
The company has received two Letters of Award worth Rs 530.80 crore from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company (MSEDCL) for the execution of a power distribution enhancement program in the Nashik and Kolhapur zones of Maharashtra.

The company reported a fire incident at ONGC’s SHP Platform in the Mumbai High asset. The situation was promptly brought under control and the fire extinguished.
Ten personnel sustained minor injuries and are under medical care; all are stable. Operations have been normalised.

Senores Pharmaceuticals
The company’s subsidiary, Senores Pharmaceuticals, Inc., USA, has entered into a strategic partnership by executing a formal Operating Agreement, marking its entry into the US government procurement market. The partnership has been formalised through the formation of a joint venture entity—Amerisyn, LLC.
Shree Cement
The Board has approved the setting up of an integrated cement plant with a clinker capacity of 0.95 MTPA and cement capacity of 0.99 MTPA at village Daistong, Meghalaya, with an investment of Rs 1,800 crore.
Bharat Coking Coal
Coal mining and dispatch work at the ABOCP Mine under Block-II has been illegally halted by unorganised individuals since April 2. An FIR has been lodged at Baghmara police station, Jharkhand.
Tata Steel
The company has received a demand notice amounting to Rs 1,755.1 crore from the District Mining Office, Jharkhand, alleging the extraction of approximately 1,62,40,399 MT of coal from the West Bokaro Colliery in excess of permissible limits during FY 2000–01 to FY 2006–07.
The management believes that the demand lacks justification and substantive basis. Accordingly, the company will pursue appropriate legal remedies before the relevant judicial or quasi-judicial forums.
MOIL
The company has increased prices of manganese ore and other products by up to 17.50 percent, effective April 1 for April 2026.
NMDC
The company has fixed the price of Baila lump (65.5%, 10–40 mm) at Rs 5,300 per tonne and Baila fines (64%, -10 mm) at Rs 4,500 per tonne, effective April 5.
Bulk Deals
Latent View Analytics
Societe Generale has bought 10.74 lakh shares (0.5% stake) in Latent View Analytics for Rs 31.2 crore. The purchase price was Rs 290.69 per share.
AVG Logistics
India Emerging Giants Fund, the offshore fund of global asset management and advisory firm Blue Lotus Capital, has sold 1.63 lakh shares (1.08% stake) in the supply chain management company for Rs 2.1 crore. The selling price was Rs 129.24 per share.
Blue Lotus Capital Multi Bagger Fund II, an investment vehicle managed by Blue Lotus Capital Advisors, held a 1.3% stake in AVG Logistics as of December 2025.
