Juniper Green Energy share price gained in the early trade on August 17 following the company has received LoA for a 230MW FDRE RTC project.
At 09:23am, Juniper Green Energy was quoting at Rs 252.15, up Rs 0.65, or 0.26 percent, on the BSE.
The company received Letter of Award (LOA) from Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for a 230 MW contracted capacity Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy Round-the-Clock (FDRE-RTC) power project.
The project involves construction, commissioning and operation of the 230 MW FDRE-RTC project, with power to be supplied to the Inter-State Transmission System in India.
The project has a 25-year PPA term from the commercial operations date, with the scheduled commercial operation date (SCOD) within 24 months from the effective date of the PPA.
The contracted tariff is Rs 5.26 per unit.
Recently, company announced commissioning of ~167 MW wind capacity across 5 projects in multiple phases, taking its total operational capacity from ~2,408 MWp to ~2,575 MWp.
On August 6, the company’s shares made a strong debut on the exchanges, listing at a premium of around 9%, broadly in line with market expectations. The IPO was subscribed 7.97 times during the bidding period from July 30 to August 3.
