Sterlite Technologies (STL)
The company has received a multi-year supply agreement worth Rs 960 crore for the supply of fibre cables to a domestic telecom operator.
Marathon Nextgen Realty
The company's subsidiary, Sunset Spaces, has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a cluster redevelopment project in Sewri, Mumbai. The project involves the development of a high-rise residential tower with high-street retail spaces and has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 450 crore for the company.
Zydus Lifesciences
The company has received the Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its injectable facility in Ahmedabad, with a Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) classification. The GMP surveillance inspection was conducted from April 27 to May 5.
Afcons Infrastructure
The company secured two projects worth nearly Rs 900 crore in July.
Container Corporation of India
The Board of Directors has appointed Ajit Kumar Panda as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Container Corporation of India, effective August 1, 2026.
Dr Reddy's Laboratories
The company has received approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for Rituximab, a biosimilar to Rituxan, for the US market.
Rituximab is widely used to treat several B-cell malignancies, including non-Hodgkin lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia, as well as certain autoimmune conditions.
Lupin
The company has received approval under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) for Diazepam Injection USP, 10 mg/2 mL (5 mg/mL), in single-dose prefilled syringes.
The US FDA has approved Lupin's Diazepam Injection, which is bioequivalent to the reference listed drug (RLD), Valium Injection, manufactured by Hoffmann-La Roche Inc. It is indicated for the management of anxiety disorders or the short-term relief of anxiety symptoms.
Powerica
The company has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL) to set up a 100 MW wind power project in Gujarat at a tariff of Rs 3.435 per kWh for a period of 25 years.
Bharat Electronics
Bharat Electronics (BEL) has secured additional orders worth Rs 847 crore since July 13. The major orders include electro-optics, a security operations centre, seekers, components, spares, and services.
NCC
The company has received three orders worth Rs 1,052.71 crore in July. Of these, orders worth Rs 590.38 crore pertain to the buildings division, while orders worth Rs 462.33 crore pertain to the water division.
Zee Entertainment Enterprises
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has barred Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEEL), Punit Goenka, and Essel Group founder Subhash Chandra from the securities market after holding that the company's Hyderabad property was mortgaged to secure loans raised by Essel Group entities without the requisite corporate approvals.
SEBI has barred ZEEL from accessing the securities market for two months, while Goenka and Chandra have been restrained for 12 months. The regulator also imposed a cumulative penalty of Rs 1.48 crore, comprising Rs 30 lakh on ZEEL, Rs 58 lakh on Goenka, and Rs 60 lakh on Chandra.
Meanwhile, ZEEL is seeking legal advice following the SEBI order. However, the company has maintained that the regulator's order will not impact its ongoing Rs 2,300-crore fundraising exercise.
ZEEL is also likely to challenge the SEBI order before the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), which hears appeals against orders passed by the market regulator.
Bulk Deals
Rossell Techsys
Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund purchased 18.47 lakh equity shares, representing a 4.89 percent stake in Rossell Techsys, for Rs 166.24 crore from the company's promoters. The transaction was executed at Rs 900 per share.
Among the promoters, Rishab Mohan Gupta sold 3.39 lakh shares worth Rs 30.53 crore, while Harsh Mohan Gupta & Son HUF offloaded 15.07 lakh shares valued at Rs 135.7 crore.
Gaudium IVF and Women Health
Carnelian India Multi Strategy Fund sold 5 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.68 percent stake, in Gaudium IVF and Women Health for Rs 6.85 crore at Rs 137 per share, around 73 percent higher than its acquisition price of Rs 79 per share.
According to the March 2026 shareholding pattern, the fund held 12.65 lakh shares, or a 1.74 percent stake, which it had acquired through the anchor book in February 2026 at Rs 79 per share. However, its name did not appear in the June 2026 shareholding pattern.
Belding India
Pune-based SageOne Investments' SageOne-Flagship Growth OE Fund purchased an additional 85,000 equity shares, representing a 0.58 percent stake, in Belding India for Rs 8.61 crore at Rs 1,013.76 per share.
As of June 2026, SageOne Investments held a 1.8 percent stake in Belding India through the SageOne-Flagship Growth OE Fund and a 2.25 percent stake through the SageOne-Flagship Growth 2 Fund. The stock gained 3.57 percent to close at Rs 1,019.90.
