The company has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) from JSW MG Motor India to open a new MG Experia showroom in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The dealership will be established by Aeromark Cars, the wholly owned subsidiary of Landmark Cars.
Waaree Renewable Technologies
The company has received two Letters of Award (LoAs) for the execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works for two ground-mounted solar PV plants with a combined capacity of 800 MWac / 1,082 MWp.
NBCC (India)
The company has received two work orders worth Rs 20.42 crore and Rs 88.43 crore from the National Horticulture Board and the Directorate of Technical Education & Training (Odisha), respectively.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure
The Income Tax Department has concluded its search operations at the company's corporate office and commercial premises. The company's officers and executives extended full cooperation to the officials and provided all necessary documents, information, and clarifications sought during the search.
Hirect
Hirect (formerly known as Hind Rectifiers) has secured its first development order worth Rs 60 crore for the Vande Metro (Namo Bharat) trainset from Indian Railways.
Additionally, the company has received its maiden order worth Rs 60 crore for the supply of complete propulsion systems for Mainline Electric Multiple Unit (MEMU) trainsets from the Modern Coach Factory (MCF), Indian Railways.
Sarda Energy and Minerals
The Board of Directors of Sarda Metals & Alloys, the wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has approved a capital expenditure of Rs 300 crore as part of its green initiative. The investment will be used for the installation of a waste heat recovery power plant and the expansion of the mineral wool manufacturing facility at its existing plant premises in Vizianagaram.

Shadowfax Technologies
Eight Roads Investments Mauritius II sold 4.16 crore equity shares in Shadowfax at Rs 204.88 per share and an additional 54.64 lakh shares at Rs 204.62 per share, representing a combined 8.04% stake worth Rs 964.37 crore.
Flipkart Internet offloaded 3.37 crore shares, representing a 5.76% stake in the logistics company, at Rs 204.45 per share, valued at Rs 689.79 crore.
As of June 2026, Eight Roads Investments Mauritius held a 9.5% stake (5.55 crore shares) in Shadowfax, while Flipkart Internet owned a 7.29% stake (4.26 crore shares), according to the latest shareholding pattern.
Sudeep Pharma
SBI Mutual Fund acquired an additional 20 lakh shares, representing a 1.77% stake, in Sudeep Pharma from Nuvama for Rs 160 crore. The transaction was executed at Rs 800 per share.
Nuvama Crossover Opportunities Fund – Series III sold 10.6 lakh shares in the pharma company for Rs 84.8 crore, while Nuvama Crossover Opportunities Fund – Series IIIA offloaded 9.4 lakh shares for Rs 75.2 crore.
As of June 2026, SBI Mutual Fund, through SBI Healthcare Opportunities Fund, held a 1.2% stake in Sudeep Pharma, while Nuvama held a 7.66% stake through its three schemes.
Caliber Mining and Logistics
Vikas Khemani-backed Carnelian Asset Management & Advisors acquired 20 lakh shares, representing a 3.05% stake, in Caliber Mining at Rs 494.85 per share, valued at Rs 98.97 crore. Meanwhile, global investor Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE ODI purchased 3.34 lakh shares, representing a 0.51% stake, worth Rs 16.65 crore at Rs 497.94 per share.
Gandhar Oil Refinery India
Societe Generale acquired an additional 8.53 lakh shares, representing a 0.87% stake, in Gandhar Oil Refinery India at Rs 288.97 per share, valued at Rs 24.65 crore. This follows its purchase of a 0.7% stake in the company during the previous trading session.
