The company has received an order worth Rs 393.04 crore from the Airport Authority of India for the development of a new greenfield airport at Bundi, Rajasthan.
Alkem Laboratories
The company has received an allotment letter from DMIC Vikram Udyogpuri for 30 acres of land in the Industrial Area, Phase 2, Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, to set up a greenfield formulations manufacturing facility. The Board has approved an investment of up to Rs 533 crore, to be made in a phased manner.
Manappuram Finance
The Reserve Bank of India has approved Bain Capital’s acquisition of joint control of Manappuram Finance and its subsidiaries.
With this, the company and its subsidiaries have now received all requisite statutory approvals for Bain Capital’s proposed investment of approximately Rs 4,385 crore and the acquisition of joint control alongside existing promoters, along with the consequent open offer.
Nazara Technologies
The company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Nazara Technologies UK, has signed definitive agreements to acquire a 50% controlling stake in social gaming platforms Bluetile Games SL and BestPlay Systems SL for $100.3 million (Rs 918 crore).
G R Infraprojects
The company has emerged as the L1 bidder for a project worth Rs 2,440.87 crore from the National Highways Authority of India. The project involves the construction of a four-lane greenfield section of NH-33 from Mokama to Munger in Bihar under the Hybrid Annuity Mode.
Puravankara
The company’s subsidiary, Belrise UK Holdings, has signed a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire a 100% stake in Chester Hall Precision Engineering Holdings, a UK-based precision engineering group serving the global aerospace, space, and defence sectors.

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders
The company has entered into a contract with the Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) for the construction and sale of one 3,000 DWT methanol dual-fuel platform supply vessel (PSV). The contract value is approximately $39 million.

The Board is scheduled to meet on March 24 to consider a scheme of arrangement for the demerger of its agrochemicals division, on a going concern basis, into its wholly owned subsidiary, Natco Crop Health Sciences Limited.

The company has acquired a 26.18% stake in Sunsure Solarpark Seven for Rs 19.2 crore to meet its green energy needs, optimise energy costs, and comply with regulatory requirements for captive power consumption under electricity laws.

The company has received environmental clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority, Uttar Pradesh, for its proposed greenfield brewery with a capacity of 1.3 million hectolitres per annum in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh.

The Income Tax Department has issued a notice of demand to the bank, raising a tax demand of Rs 204.2 crore for Assessment Year 2013–14.

The company and its subsidiary, Highstreet Cruises and Entertainment, have received notices from the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Government of Goa, demanding Rs 1,752.38 crore for FY2022–23 over an alleged tax shortfall (including interest and penalties).

Suryavanshi Commotrade has acquired 3.26 lakh shares (3.55% stake) in the company from Ashish Ramesh Kacholia at Rs 650.24 per share, valued at Rs 21.2 crore.
The shareholding pattern for the December 2025 quarter is not available, but as of September 2025, Ashish Kacholia held 3.09 lakh shares (3.37% stake).
BEW Engineering
Suryavanshi Commotrade has acquired 6.33 lakh shares (4.8% stake) in the company from Ashish Kacholia at Rs 84.66 per share, amounting to Rs 5.36 crore. The latest available shareholding data is as of September 2025.
Electrosteel Castings
Electrosteel Thermal Coal has acquired 2.05 crore shares (3.31% stake) in the company from India Opportunities Growth Fund Ltd – Pinewood Strategy for Rs 143.5 crore at Rs 70 per share.
India Opportunities Growth Fund held a 3.49% stake in the company as of December 2025.

The Ballygunge Family Trust has acquired 2.04 lakh shares (0.84% stake) at Rs 109.51 per share for Rs 2.24 crore. Meanwhile, ACE Infracity Developers sold 2 lakh shares (0.82% stake) at Rs 109.5 per share, valued at Rs 2.19 crore.

Belgrave Investment Fund has acquired 16.89 lakh shares (1.07% stake) at Rs 105.02 per share for Rs 17.7 crore. Meanwhile, ITI Holdings and Investment sold 15 lakh shares (0.95% stake) at Rs 105.11 per share, amounting to Rs 15.76 crore.
Filatex Fashions
Promoter Prabhat Sethia has reduced his shareholding in the company by selling an additional 4.69 crore shares (0.56% stake) at Rs 0.17 per share, valued at Rs 79.77 lakh.
