Denta Water And Infra Solutions shares are listed at nearly 11 percent premium over its IPO price on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The issue garnered 221.52 times subscriptions in its three-day bidding window between January 22 - 24 in the primary market.
The shares of Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd were listed at Rs 325 per share on the NSE against its issue price, a premium of 10.54 percent. The issue had a price band of Rs 279-294 per share.
Shares of Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd were listed at Rs 330 apiece on the BSE, a premium of 12.24 percent. The market cap of the company post-listing of shares jumped to Rs 881.10 crore.
Denta Water and Infra IPO allotment status was declared on January 28 by the registrar.
Denta Water and Infra share listing was lower than the expectations in the grey market.
Earlier, it raised a little over Rs 66 crore from anchor investors. Proceeds to the extent of Rs 150 crore will be utilized to meet working capital requirements, and a portion will be used for general corporate purposes.
Founded in 2016, Denta Water and Infra Solutions Ltd has emerged as one of the key players in the field of water engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services.
It has completed 32 water management projects, out of which 11 projects were undertaken as the main contractor, one project under a consortium/joint venture arrangement, and 20 projects undertaken under a sub-contract arrangement with the main contractor.
