NCC


In addition to a major order worth Rs 2,062.71 crore, the company received three other orders totaling Rs 530.72 crore in November. Of these three orders, Rs 321.18 crore pertains to the buildings division, Rs 129.77 crore relates to the water division, and Rs 79.77 crore pertains to the transportation division.


Brigade Enterprises


Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with a landowner to develop a premium residential project in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The project will offer a development potential of approximately 0.5 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential exceeding Rs 800 crore.


Maharashtra Seamless


The company has received an order worth Rs 217 crore from ONGC for the supply of seamless pipes.


Arvind SmartSpaces


The company has acquired a new residential high-rise project in Ahmedabad with a total estimated saleable area of 3.6 lakh square feet and a topline potential of Rs 400 crore.


Waaree Energies


The company has received an order for the supply of 140 MW solar modules from a renowned customer engaged in the business of owning, developing, and operating renewable power projects in India.


ICICI Bank


The bank has allotted 3,945 non-convertible debentures (NCDs), each bearing a face value of Rs 1 crore, aggregating to Rs 3,945 crore for cash, on a private placement basis to identified investors. The bonds are rated CARE AAA; Stable by CARE Ratings and ICRA AAA (Stable) by ICRA.


HG Infra Engineering


The company’s subsidiary, HG Choraniya Bess, has entered into a Battery Energy Storage Purchase Agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam (GUVNL) for the procurement of a battery energy storage system of 300 MW / 600 MWh on a long-term basis.


Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels


The company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Raman Industrial Enterprises to take on lease and operate a 42-room hotel property along with associated facilities in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The hotel property is currently under construction on land admeasuring 1,308 square meters.


The company intends to take over the said hotel and manage it for a lease term of 12 years.


HDFC Bank


The Reserve Bank of India has imposed a penalty of Rs 91 lakh on HDFC Bank for violating certain provisions of the Banking Regulation Act.


Meanwhile, the Board has approved the appointment of Vibhash Naik as the Chief Human Resource Officer of the bank, effective February 1, 2026.


NTPC


The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Delhi, has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by the consortium of Maharashtra State Power Generation Company (MAHAGENCO) and NTPC for Sinnar Thermal Power (STPL), a company undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.


STPL owns a coal-based thermal power plant of 5×270 MW (1,350 MW) capacity at Sinnar, Maharashtra.


Neuland Laboratories


The Board has approved capital expenditure of Rs 189 crore for setting up a research and development (R&D) center at the company’s leased premises in Turkapally, Hyderabad.


Tata Technologies


The Board has approved the resignation of Savitha Balachandran as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 30, and the appointment of Uttam Gujrati as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 31, 2025.


Authum Investment & Infrastructure


The Board has recommended the issuance of bonus shares by way of capitalization of reserves, in the ratio of 4:1 (i.e., four new fully paid-up equity shares for every one existing fully paid-up equity share held by eligible shareholders as on the record date).


GAIL India


The Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) has published the tariff order for GAIL’s Integrated Natural Gas Pipeline (INGPL) network, effective January 1, 2026.


PNGRB has approved a levelized tariff of Rs 65.69/MMBTU (on GCV basis) as an interim measure over the existing tariff. Compared to the previous levelized tariff of Rs 58.61/MMBTU, this represents an increase of approximately 12%, leading to a positive impact of approximately Rs 1,200 crore.


Tejas Networks


The company has received Rs 84.95 crore from the Ministry of Communications under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme for telecom and networking products. This amount represents the first tranche, constituting 85% of the eligible incentive for Q4FY25, and the balance amount is expected to be released subsequently in accordance with the PLI Scheme guidelines.

The company has invested Rs 104.47 crore in its subsidiary, Finwizard Technology (FTPL), through a rights issuance.


PNB Gilts


Chandra Prakash has resigned as Chief Financial Officer & Chief Information Security Officer of the company, effective November 28.


JK Tyre & Industries


The Board has fixed December 24 as the record date to determine the shareholders of Cavendish Industries eligible to receive the equity shares of JK Tyre pursuant to the Scheme.


The Board also decided December 22 as the effective date of the Scheme of Amalgamation of Cavendish Industries with JK Tyre & Industries.


Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea


Reliance Jio, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries, added a net 19.97 lakh subscribers in October, compared to a net addition of 32.49 lakh subscribers in September.


During the same period, Bharti Airtel added a net 12.52 lakh subscribers compared to 4.37 lakh in the previous month, while Vodafone Idea recorded a net loss of 20.83 lakh subscribers compared to a loss of 7.44 lakh users in September.


Bulk Deals


Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services


Promoter Neena Tyagi sold 56.33 lakh shares (equivalent to 5.8% of paid-up equity) of Yatharth Hospital for Rs 403.93 crore at a price of Rs 716.98 per share.


Meanwhile, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund purchased an additional 8 lakh shares (0.83% stake) for Rs 57.5 crore at Rs 719.37 per share, and Carnelian Asset Management & Advisors acquired 5.5 lakh shares (0.57% stake) for Rs 39.7 crore at Rs 721.89 per share.


As of September 2025, Neena Tyagi held a 6.47% stake in the company out of the total promoter shareholding of 61.64%, while Kotak Mahindra Trustee Company, through Kotak Multicap Fund, owned a 3.96% stake.
