H G Infra Engineering


The company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, H G Gobindpur Tangi Highway, as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) to undertake a road construction project worth Rs 1,582.11 crore in Odisha, awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).


The project involves the construction of a new six-lane, access-controlled Capital Region Ring Road (Package III) from Gobindpur (NH-55) to Tangi near Bandola Toll Plaza (NH-16) in Odisha under the Hybrid Annuity Mode.


EMS


The company has emerged as the lowest bidder for two construction projects from UP Jal Nigam (Urban), Varanasi. The estimated order values are approximately Rs 143.79 crore and Rs 64.8 crore.


Lupin


The US FDA has concluded an inspection of Lupin’s manufacturing facility in Somerset, New Jersey, USA, with the issuance of a Form 483 containing three observations. The inspection was conducted from April 13 to April 17.


Amagi Media Labs


The company has announced a strategic collaboration to integrate the Matrox ORIGIN software-defined framework into Amagi’s next-generation cloud production architecture. This partnership aims to enable highly scalable, flexible, and efficient content production workflows for broadcasters and media companies.


Cipla


The US FDA conducted an inspection at Cipla’s manufacturing facility in Goa from April 6 to April 17. The inspection included a routine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) inspection and a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI).


The company received two inspectional observations in Form 483.


Lemon Tree Hotels


The company has signed a license agreement for a Lemon Tree Hotel in Garudeshwar, Gujarat. The 90-room property will be managed by the company’s subsidiary, Carnation Hotels.


Uno Minda


The Board has approved the appointment of Vivek Shripad Joshi as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – LPS Domain, effective April 19.


Zee Entertainment Enterprises


The Board has approved an investment of up to Rs 116 crore in Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs) of Phantom Digital Effects on a preferential allotment basis, in one or more tranches.


Aurobindo Pharma


The company has received final approval from the US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture and market Dextromethorphan Polistirex extended-release oral suspension, 30 mg/5 mL (OTC). This product is bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug (RLD), Delsym extended-release oral suspension, 30 mg/5 mL, of RB Health (US) LLC.


Dextromethorphan Polistirex provides temporary relief from cough due to minor throat and bronchial irritation.


eMudhra


The company has announced the launch of emSigner for SMEs to help small and medium enterprises digitize document workflows across HR, legal, finance, and other functions.


Trent


The Board will meet on April 22 to consider the issuance of bonus shares and seek enabling approval for raising additional funds through the issue of equity shares via a rights issue or any other permissible mode.


On the same date, the company will also announce its audited (standalone and consolidated) financial results for the year ended March 2026.


Krsnaa Diagnostics


The Board has approved the appointment of Chandra Prakash Singh as Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective April 17.


Pallavi Bhatevara will cease to be a Whole-time Director effective April 25 upon completion of her tenure.


Dredging Corporation of India


The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) for the supply of fuel to its dredging fleet.


The agreement, valued at Rs 2,157.07 crore, is for a period of five years and will ensure a steady and reliable fuel supply for DCI’s operations across the country.


Bharat Heavy Electricals


BHEL has withdrawn the acceptance of the Letter of Intent from MB Power (Madhya Pradesh) for the supply of equipment (boiler, turbine, generator) for the 1x800 MW Anuppur Thermal Power Project.


Meanwhile, the company has filed a suit before the Bengaluru Commercial Court seeking recovery of dues under a contract for the supply and services related to 2x800 MW units and associated works for the Yeramaras Thermal Power Station from Raichur Power Corporation.


The claim amount stands at Rs 143.21 crore.


Bulk Deals


Bharat Wire Ropes


Steel manufacturer Lloyds Metals and Energy has acquired 20 lakh shares in Bharat Wire Ropes at Rs 193.42 per share. Additionally, Lloyds Enterprises (the investment arm of the Lloyds Group) purchased 11.46 lakh shares at Rs 215.17 per share and 5 lakh shares at Rs 215 per share, representing a 5.31 percent equity stake worth Rs 74.11 crore.


However, Resonance Opportunities Fund sold 17.02 lakh shares (2.48 percent stake) in the company at Rs 193 per share, valued at Rs 32.84 crore.


Ind-Swift Laboratories


HCP Investments sold 48 lakh shares (5.53 percent equity stake) in Ind-Swift Laboratories at Rs 134.18 per share, valued at Rs 64.4 crore. This follows an additional 1.12 percent stake sale in the previous session.


With Friday’s bulk deal, HCP Investments has offloaded a total of 6.65 percent stake over two days, compared to its 8.65 percent shareholding as of February 24, 2026.


Meanwhile, Sahastraa Advisors purchased 4.75 lakh shares at Rs 131.74 per share, and Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC – Touchstone acquired 8.03 lakh shares at Rs 138.07 per share.
