Stocks to Watch
Alkem Laboratories
Samprada and Nanhamati Family Trust are likely to sell up to a 1.5 percent stake in Alkem Laboratories via a block deal, with the floor price set at Rs 5,200 per share, CNBC-TV18 reported, citing sources.
Ola Electric Mobility
The company launched its qualified institutional placement (QIP) on June 1 and set the floor price at Rs 37.74 per share.
Wipro
The company's step-down subsidiary, Wipro IT Services, will acquire an additional 20 percent stake in Aggne Global Inc. The transaction is expected to be completed by June 5.
In February 2024, Wipro and Wipro IT Services had acquired a 60 percent stake in Aggne Global IT Services and Aggne Global Inc., respectively.
PNC Infratech
The company has received a Letter of Acceptance worth Rs 194.4 crore from the Lucknow Development Authority, Uttar Pradesh, for the construction of a four-lane flyover with two loops and two ramps at the Shaheed Path intersection on the right-hand-side bank of the Gomti River in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, on an EPC basis.
Black Box
Black Box and AIONOS have announced a strategic alliance to help enterprises accelerate AI transformation, from infrastructure build-out to measurable business outcomes.
The alliance combines Black Box's expertise in digital infrastructure, including data centres, network connectivity, modern workplace solutions, and managed services, with AIONOS's applied AI platforms and domain-led solutions.
Equitas Small Finance Bank
The Reserve Bank of India has granted approval to Mirae Asset Mutual Fund to acquire an aggregate holding of up to 9.50 percent of the paid-up share capital or voting rights in Equitas Small Finance Bank.
Canara Bank
The Central Government has appointed Brajesh Kumar Singh as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Canara Bank.
NHPC
The government will sell up to a 6 percent stake in NHPC through an offer-for-sale (OFS), including a greenshoe option of 3 percent. The floor price has been fixed at Rs 71 per share. The OFS opens for non-retail investors on June 2 and for retail investors on June 3.
Anant Raj
The company will establish a framework for collaboration, agreement, and cooperation with HEPC, the Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation, Citizen Resource Information Department, and the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Haryana.
Under the arrangement, Anand Raj will invest approximately Rs 25,000 crore in the development of data centres and cloud services in Haryana.
SoftTech Engineers
The company has collaborated with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to develop and launch CivitTWIN, India's first AI-powered Digital Approval Twin for building permits.
Fino Payments Bank
The bank has entered into a strategic partnership with Ezee.ai for the deployment of its AI-enabled Loan Origination System (LOS), Business Rules Engine (BRE), and collections management platform.
Cochin Shipyard
The Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways has approved the proposal to extend the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director entrusted to Jose V. J., Director (Finance), for a further period of three months with effect from May 1.
Protean eGov Technologies
Following the commencement of Ajay Rajan's tenure as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of Protean eGov Technologies with effect from June 1, V. Easwaran, Whole-Time Director (WTD) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), who had been serving as the Interim CEO of the company, ceased to hold the position of Interim CEO with effect from June 1.
He will continue to serve as the Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company.

Capri Global Capital
Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore has bought 50 lakh shares (0.51 percent stake) in Capri Global Capital for Rs 96.25 crore. However, of which, Samvrudhi Tradesol sold 20 lakh shares for Rs 38.5 crore, and Gainful Multitrade 30 lakh shares for Rs 57.75 crore. The transaction price was Rs 192.5 per share.
Lloyds Metals and Energy
BNP Paribas Financial Markets has acquired 8.96 lakh shares (0.15 percent stake) in Lloyds Metals and Energy from Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore for Rs 161.52 crore. The transaction price was Rs 1,802.1 per share.
Indiabulls
Unico Global Opportunities Fund has acquired 1.5 crore shares (0.64 percent stake) in Indiabulls, the real estate and financial services firm, for Rs 31.5 crore from ACM Global Fund VCC. These shares were exchanged at a price of Rs 21 per share.
KSR Footwear
Alpa Wealth Creator has bought 1 lakh shares in the company for Rs 33.32 lakh at Rs 33.29 per share.
