JK Lakshmi Cement
The company has been declared the ‘preferred bidder’ for the mining lease of the Juipahar New Umrangso Limestone Block (A and B) in Assam. The limestone blocks (A and B) are spread over an area of 405 hectares.
Additionally, the board has approved the acquisition of a 77.96 percent equity shareholding in NECEM Cements.
Max Financial Services
The board has approved fund-raising worth Rs 2,000 crore via a qualified institutional placement (QIP) or any other method.
The proposed utilisation of the funds is primarily to meet the funding requirements of its material subsidiary, Axis Max Life Insurance, to support its business growth and expansion plans, with the balance to be used for general corporate purposes.
Manorama Industries
The board has approved raising funds of up to Rs 500 crore through the issuance of equity shares, non-convertible debt instruments along with warrants or other convertible securities, via a qualified institutional placement or any other method.
Nectar Lifesciences
The company has entered into an inter-corporate loan agreement worth up to Rs 100 crore with Avensis Exports. Avensis Exports is a subsidiary of the company.
Balaji Amines
Balaji Amines is currently experiencing significant logistics disruptions in the procurement of ammonia, one of the key raw materials used in the manufacture of methylamines, ethylamines, and their derivatives, due to the ongoing war in the Middle East region. The situation has arisen due to the non-availability of ammonia.
The disruption has adversely affected the supply of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)—a key input used for the production of ammonia by most fertiliser manufacturers in India. Consequently, several ammonia manufacturers have expressed their inability to supply the product during this period due to force majeure conditions.
Therefore, some of the company’s plants are presently non-operational. At present, the financial and operational impact of the shortage of this key raw material cannot be estimated.
Indian Overseas Bank
The bank has reduced the one-month MCLR by 10 basis points, effective March 15, while the MCLR for other tenures remains unchanged.
KPI Green Energy
The company has energised an additional 35 MWp of solar capacity, taking its total operational IPP capacity to 589 MWp.
With projects currently in hand, the company remains well on track to commission an additional 1,582 MWp in the near term, which will expand its total IPP portfolio to 2.17 GWp.
Gravita India
The recycling company has signed definitive agreements for the acquisition of a 98.95 percent stake in Rashtriya Metal Industries for Rs 559.08 crore. The transaction is expected to be closed by March 31, 2026.

The company has executed a joint venture agreement with Kato Works, Japan.
The collaboration is expected to enhance product competitiveness by improving performance and cost efficiency, while also enabling the partners to address new growth opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Kalpataru
The company has signed a redevelopment project of Shree Mahalakshmi CHS at Andheri West, Mumbai.
The project spans around 3 acres of prime land with a total potential carpet area of 0.4 msf and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around Rs 1,400 crore.
ACME Solar Holdings
ACME Solar Holdings, through its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Sun Power, has commissioned the second phase of 33.335 MW / 160.51 MWh out of the total 300 MW / 1,409.34 MWh capacity of its battery energy storage system (BESS) project located in Phalodi and Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
The commercial operation date (COD) for the stated Phase II will be March 14. With this, ACME Sun Power has achieved a commissioned capacity of 66.67 MW / 320.99 MWh out of the total 300 MW / 1,409.34 MWh capacity.

Shaily Engineering Plastics
Smallcap World Fund Inc has acquired an additional 2.98 lakh shares in Shaily Engineering Plastics at Rs 1,878.41 per share and 6.43 lakh shares at Rs 1,879 per share, totalling a 2.04 percent stake worth Rs 176.88 crore.
The mutual fund already held a 5.09 percent equity stake in Shaily Engineering Plastics as of December 2025.
Kaynes Technology India
BofA Securities Europe SA has bought 1.16 lakh shares (equivalent to 0.17 percent of paid-up equity) in Kaynes Technology India at Rs 3,614.4 per share, valued at Rs 41.95 crore.
However, Kadensa Master Fund and Bluepearl Map I LP were the sellers in this block deal, offloading 46,934 shares for Rs 16.96 crore and 69,148 shares for Rs 24.99 crore, respectively, at the same price.
IndiaGrid Infrastructure Trust
Neo Real Asset Yield Fund has acquired 15.43 lakh units in IndiaGrid Infrastructure Trust from Sankhya Financial Services at Rs 162.68 per unit for Rs 25.11 crore.
SEPC
Promoter Mark AB Welfare Trust sold 85 lakh shares (0.43 percent stake) in SEPC at Rs 6.24 per share, valued at Rs 5.3 crore.
Filatex Fashions
Promoter Prabhat Sethia has offloaded 4.58 crore shares (0.55 percent stake) in Filatex Fashions at Rs 0.19 per share for Rs 87.2 lakh.
