Everest Industries Ltd is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today, August 3, 2026. During the meeting, shareholders will consider and vote on key resolutions, including the adoption of the company's financial statements, the appointment or reappointment of directors and auditors, and other items of business outlined in the AGM notice.
The company had announced the AGM on June 30, 2026. In the previous trading session, Everest Industries shares declined 4.74% to close at Rs 450.65. The company has a market capitalisation of around Rs 714.54 crore.
The AGM comes after Everest Industries announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 418.70 crore, while total income stood at Rs 423.77 crore. Profit before exceptional items and tax came in at Rs 37.11 crore. However, after accounting for exceptional items of Rs 91.25 crore, the company posted a loss before tax of Rs 128.36 crore and a net loss of Rs 107.72 crore for the quarter.
For FY2026, Everest Industries reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 101.69 crore, compared with a loss of Rs 3.60 crore in FY2025. Revenue for the year declined 17.75% to Rs 1,417 crore from Rs 1,722.82 crore in the previous financial year.
Investors will look for the management's commentary on the company's operational performance, business outlook and growth strategy during the AGM, particularly after the June-quarter results and the challenging performance in FY2026.
