Stocks to Watch


JSW Energy


The company has executed definitive agreements to acquire an additional equity stake in Toshiba JSW Power Systems (TJPS) through a secondary purchase of equity shares from Toshiba Corporation, Japan.


Post-acquisition, the company’s shareholding in TJPS will increase to 20.7 percent on a non-diluted basis and 10.7 percent on a fully diluted basis. The total purchase consideration for the acquired shares is Rs 150 crore.


Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company


The company’s licensing partner, Ocuvex Therapeutics Inc., has received a Complete Response Letter (CRL) from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the PDP-716 New Drug Application (NDA).


The CRL was issued due to inspection-related findings at the finished product manufacturing facility. The FDA did not raise any other issues regarding the PDP-716 NDA.


Aditya Birla Capital


The company has received a Certificate of Registration from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to commence the business of factoring.


Sula Vineyards


Abhishek Kapoor has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, effective July 14.


The Board has appointed Rinku More as the Chief Financial Officer Designate and Senior Management Personnel, effective July 15.

Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research


Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund II exited Jaro Education by selling 2.8 lakh shares (1.27 percent stake) for Rs 14.08 crore. The shares were sold at Rs 501.33 apiece. Singularity has been an investor in Jaro Education since September 2025.


However, promoter Sanjay Namdeo Salunkhe acquired a portion of those shares sold by Singularity, purchasing 2.09 lakh shares (0.94 percent stake) for Rs 10.5 crore at Rs 503.91 per share.


Indian Emulsifiers


Siddharth Oberoi-founded portfolio management and equity research firm Prudent Equity sold 1 lakh shares (0.54 percent stake) in speciality chemicals maker Indian Emulsifiers for Rs 51.89 lakh at Rs 51.89 per share.


Choksi Laboratories


Nexus Global Opportunities Fund purchased an additional 68,727 equity shares (0.98 percent stake) in Choksi Laboratories for Rs 70.82 lakh at Rs 103.05 per share. The fund already held a 6.03 percent stake in the company as of March 2026.


On the other hand, CSG Financial & Management Services exited Choksi Laboratories by selling its entire holding of 70,000 shares (1 percent stake) for Rs 72.14 lakh at Rs 103.06 per share.
