Zydus Lifesciences share price rose in the early trade on January 27 despite the company received three observations from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
At 09:28am, Zydus Lifesciences was quoting at Rs 884.80, up Rs 2.85, or 0.32 percent, on the BSE.
The USFDA conducted an inspection at the group’s Unit-2 manufacturing facility in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, from January 19 to 23, 2026, and concluded the inspection with three observations.
The company clarified that there were no data-integrity related observations and said it will work closely with the USFDA to address the observations expeditiously.
Last week, the company launched the world’s first biosimilar of Nivolumab in India under the brand name Tishtha. The drug will be available in 100 mg and 40 mg dosages, priced at Rs 28,950 and Rs 13,950, respectively.
In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 881.95, down Rs 2.90, or 0.33 percent.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 1,059.00 and a 52-week low of Rs 797.05 on 19 September, 2025 and 07 April, 2025, respectively.
Currently, the stock is trading 16.72 percent below its 52-week high and 10.65 percent above its 52-week low.
The Market capitalisation of the company stands at Rs 88,744.81 crore.
