One 97 Communications Paytm


Resilient Asset Management B.V., the parent and promoter entity of Vijay Shekhar Sharma, is likely to sell up to a 4.98 percent stake in Paytm, with a floor price of Rs 1,535.10 per share, CNBC-TV18 reported, citing sources.


SPR Auto Technologies


The company launched its qualified institutions placement (QIP) on August 17, with a floor price of Rs 4,438.20 per share.


According to CNBC-TV18, citing sources, the company is likely to raise around Rs 1,000 crore through the QIP.


Netweb Technologies India


The company opened its QIP on August 17, with a floor price of Rs 4,885.90 per share.


According to CNBC-TV18, citing sources, the fundraising size could be around Rs 1,200 crore.


Jyoti CNC Automation


The company's capital investment proposal amounting to Rs 1,020.65 crore over the next five years at its existing manufacturing facility in Rajkot has received approval under the Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme of the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), New Delhi.


Under the scheme, the company would be eligible for a capex incentive of up to 25 percent on the investments.


Manipal Health Enterprises


The company has signed a Business Transfer Agreement with Kindorama Healthcare to acquire the entire business operations and assets of Kinder Hospital for Rs 130 crore in Doddanekundi Industrial Area, Bengaluru.


Highway Infrastructure


The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) worth Rs 80.17 crore for operations at Palayam Fee Plaza in Tamil Nadu. The LOA was issued by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).


Bulk Deals


Embassy Office Parks REIT


US-based private investment firm Bain Capital, through its affiliate APAC Company XXIII Limited, sold 2.67 crore units in Embassy Office Parks REIT at Rs 435.05 per unit and another 2.67 crore units at Rs 435.01 per unit, representing a 5.63 percent stake worth Rs 2,325.28 crore.


Baazar Style Retail


Cupid-promoter Aditya Kumar Halwasiya acquired 45 lakh shares, representing a 5.91 percent stake in Baazar Style Retail, for Rs 162.9 crore at Rs 362 per share from the company's promoters.


Bhagwan Prasad, Sidharth Surana, and Shreyans Surana, the promoters of Baazar Style Retail, were the sellers in the deal.


LEAP India


The Government of Singapore acquired 22.15 lakh shares, representing a 0.5 percent stake in LEAP India, for Rs 34.39 crore at Rs 155.28 per share.


RPP Infra Projects


Diva Projects acquired an additional 8.51 lakh shares, representing a 1.7 percent stake in RPP Infra Projects, for Rs 4.99 crore at Rs 58.67 per share. However, promoter Yagavi N A sold 8.95 lakh shares, representing a 1.8 percent stake, for Rs 5.25 crore at Rs 58.68 per share.


Ponni Sugars (Erode)


Promoter Seshasayee Paper and Boards bought 2.9 lakh shares, representing a 3.37 percent stake in Ponni Sugars (Erode), for Rs 10.15 crore at Rs 350 per share. However, investor Atyant Capital India Fund I sold 3.13 lakh shares, representing a 3.6 percent stake, for Rs 10.96 crore at Rs 349.85 per share.


Atyant Capital India Fund held a 9.46 percent stake in Ponni Sugars (Erode) as of June 2026.


Kesar India


Minerva Ventures Fund picked up 11.78 lakh shares, representing a 3.76 percent stake in Kesar India, the Nagpur-based real estate development and construction company, from Forbes EMF for Rs 149.01 crore. The shares were exchanged at Rs 1,265 per share.


Minerva Ventures Fund held a 3.51 percent stake, while Forbes EMF held a 4.25 percent stake in Kesar India as of June 2026.


VISA Chrome


Assets Care and Reconstruction Enterprise sold 78.93 lakh shares in VISA Chrome for Rs 30 crore. However, Maha Investment Fund PCC - Onyx Strategy bought 78.94 lakh shares for Rs 30 crore at Rs 38 per share.
