Tenneco Clean Air India
Promoter entity Tenneco Mauritius is likely to sell an 8 percent stake in Tenneco Clean Air India, with an upsize option of 2 percent, through block deals. The floor price is expected to be Rs 515 per share, with a base offer size of Rs 1,663 crore, CNBC-TV18 reported, citing sources.
Zydus Lifesciences
The company’s subsidiary, Sentynl Therapeutics, and Mereo BioPharma Group plc have entered into an option and licence agreement for the US commercialisation and global manufacturing rights to Alvelestat for AATD-LD.
Alvelestat is a neutrophil elastase inhibitor being prepared for Phase 3 trials and, if approved, would be the first oral treatment for this rare, progressive genetic lung disease. The option and licence agreement grants Sentynl the exclusive right to acquire a licence to commercialise Alvelestat for AATD-LD in the United States, while Mereo will retain commercial rights in the rest of the world.
BEML
BEML has secured an order worth Rs 184.25 crore from Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) for the manufacture and supply of Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) fuselage aerostructures.
HG Infra Engineering
The company has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from the Department of Skill, Employment & Entrepreneurship, Government of Rajasthan, for the operation and management of the ITI Bhiwadi Cluster under Component-I of PM-SETU (Pradhan Mantri Skilling and Employability Transformation through Upgraded ITIs). Its share is 17.10 percent of the estimated cost of Rs 241 crore.
Larsen and Toubro
L&T has executed a Business Transfer Agreement with its subsidiary Vyoma.AI for the transfer of its data centre and cloud services business, on a going-concern basis through a slump sale, to Vyoma for Rs 1,400 crore.
Godrej Consumer Products
The Board announced the appointment of Aasif Malbari, currently Global Chief Financial Officer and President, Godrej Africa, as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Godrej Consumer Products, effective immediately. He will succeed Sudhir Sitapati, who will step down as MD and CEO.
KFin Technologies
KFin Technologies announced the rollout of Klarity, an Agentic AI solution built to address two operational vulnerabilities in financial institutions’ operations — skilled forgeries being incorrectly accepted as valid matches and legitimate behavioural signature variations resulting in wrongful rejections.
Diamond Power Infrastructure
The company has received two orders worth Rs 195.48 crore from Rajesh Power Services for the supply of 11 kV Medium Voltage (MV) underground power cables for projects of Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited (PGVCL) under the State Disaster Mitigation Fund (SDMF) scheme and the System Improvement (Urban Underground) programme in Gujarat, with a focus on coastal areas. The orders are to be executed over the next 12 months.

Metropolis Healthcare
Promoter entities Duru Shah Family Trust and Metz Advisory LLP each sold 10.5 lakh shares of Metropolis Healthcare for Rs 59.22 crore, taking the total transaction value to Rs 118.44 crore. The shares changed hands at Rs 564 apiece, with the combined sale representing a 1.01 percent stake.
Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund acquired 10.49 lakh shares for Rs 59.16 crore, while ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte each bought 5.25 lakh shares for Rs 29.63 crore. As of June 2026, Aditya Birla Sun Life Flexi Cap Fund already held a 1.95 percent stake in Metropolis Healthcare.
Univastu India
Taurus Mutual Fund acquired 3.77 lakh shares, or 0.99 percent of the paid-up equity, in Univastu India for Rs 4.9 crore. The shares were bought at Rs 130 apiece.
Rolex Rings
German investment firm Bayerninvest KVG MBH, on behalf of ERI Bayerninvest Fonds Aktien Asien, acquired 8.98 lakh shares, or a 0.33 percent stake, in auto parts maker Rolex Rings for Rs 15.33 crore at Rs 170.59 per share.
RPP Infra Projects
Chennai-based construction and infrastructure company Diva Projects acquired 8.48 lakh shares, or a 1.71 percent stake, in RPP Infra Projects for Rs 4.99 crore at Rs 58.90 per share.
On the selling side, promoter Arul Sundaram Nithya sold 5.13 lakh shares for Rs 3.01 crore at Rs 58.74 per share, while P Arul Sundaram sold 3.59 lakh shares for Rs 2.13 crore at Rs 59.21 per share. The combined promoter sale represented a 1.76 percent stake.
