Stocks to Watch


NATCO Pharma


The company has received tentative approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Olaparib 100 mg and 150 mg tablets, which are bioequivalent to the reference listed drug (RLD), Lynparza tablets of AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, for the indication mentioned in the approved labelling.


NATCO will manufacture the Olaparib tablets, while its partner, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, will distribute the product in the US.


According to industry sales data, Olaparib tablets recorded estimated US sales of approximately $1.4 billion for the 12 months ended March 2026.


Nuvama Wealth Management


The company has received an administrative warning from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in connection with the inspection of public issues handled by the company as a merchant banker. The warning advises the company to exercise caution and avoid recurrence of the observations in the future.


The company said the letter has no impact on its financials, operations, or any other activities, including those of its subsidiaries and associates.


Samvardhana Motherson International


The company has received approval from the Japan Court for the acquisition of an 81 percent stake in Yutaka Giken and an 11 percent stake in Shinnichi Kogyo Co.


Shinnichi is a subsidiary of Yutaka Giken, with Yutaka Giken holding a 62 percent stake in the company.


GAIL India


GAIL (India) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Khanij Bidesh India (KABIL) to collaborate in the field of critical and strategic minerals, supporting India's long-term resource security.


Aditya Birla Capital


The company has made a rights issue investment of Rs 484.5 crore in the equity shares of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance.


Sterlite Technologies


The company's US subsidiary, STL Optical Connectivity NA, has launched its new advanced FTTH solution, CONCAT, after successfully completing field trials on the network of one of the largest telecom service providers in the United States.


Cipla


The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a routine current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) inspection at the manufacturing facility of InvaGen Pharmaceuticals Inc., the company's wholly owned subsidiary in New York, from  July 13 to July 17.


At the conclusion of the inspection, the company received one inspectional observation in Form 483.


Power Grid Corporation of India


The company has been declared the successful bidder for the Fatehgarh-II Transmission Project.


The project involves the installation and commissioning of two synchronous condensers at Fatehgarh-II Power Station, along with associated bays.

Landmark Cars


Helios Mutual Fund purchased 2.45 lakh shares, representing a 0.59 percent stake in luxury car retailer Landmark Cars, for Rs 12.79 crore.


The shares were acquired at Rs 520.28 per share.


ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India


Axis Mutual Fund sold 5.94 lakh shares, representing a 0.5 percent stake in Chennai-based ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India, for Rs 138.4 crore at Rs 2,330.03 per share.


Updater Services


SIS acquired an additional 6.53 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.97 percent stake, in Updater Services for Rs 12.66 crore at Rs 193.71 per share.


As of June 2026, SIS already held a 4.88 percent stake in the company.


Meanwhile, hedge fund East Bridge Capital Master Fund I exited nearly its entire holding in Updater Services by selling 8.17 lakh shares for Rs 15.8 crore at Rs 193.27 per share.


As of June 2026, the fund held a 1.25 percent stake, or 8.39 lakh shares, in the company.


Rappid Valves India


Aegis Investment Fund acquired 2.06 lakh shares, representing a 3.97 percent stake, in Rappid Valves (India) for Rs 6.77 crore at Rs 328.4 per share.


On the other hand, Maharashtra Defence and Aerospace Venture Fund sold 1.45 lakh shares, representing a 2.79 percent stake, in Rappid Valves for Rs 4.7 crore at Rs 323.7 per share.


Additionally, Ashok Kumar Dhariwal offloaded 37,200 shares worth Rs 1.25 crore at Rs 338 per share.


As of March 2026, Maharashtra Defence and Aerospace Venture Fund held a 5.58 percent stake in Rappid Valves.
