Welspun Corp

Welspun Corp and Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the developers of Jordan’s National Water Carrier Project and the Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the development of pipe manufacturing and advanced coating facilities in Jordan.

As per the MoU, Perma-Pipe and Welspun Corp have partnered to establish an integrated pipe manufacturing and coating platform in Jordan, capable of serving major water, oil and gas, energy, and infrastructure projects in the Kingdom and across surrounding regional markets.

Sical Logistics

The company has received a Letter of Acceptance from Central Coalfields for the execution of work involving the hiring of heavy earth-moving machinery (HEMM) for overburden (OB) removal and coal extraction from the diverted 143-hectare patch of lower seams of the SDOC Mine in the Dhori area of Jharkhand.

The contract is for a period of five years and has a total value of Rs 534.73 crore.

EPL

Promoter Epsilon Bidco, owned by affiliates of the Blackstone Group, has exited EPL by selling all its 8.44 crore equity shares, representing a 26.38 percent stake, at Rs 240.57 apiece, valuing the stake at Rs 2,032.33 crore.

However, 3.37 crore equity shares, representing a 10.5 percent stake, of the total 8.44 crore shares sold by the Blackstone Group entity were bought by eight institutional investors - Quant Mutual Fund, Bandhan Mutual Fund, Public Sector Pension Investment, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Company, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, and 360 ONE.

Happiest Minds Technologies

BNP Paribas Financial Markets sold 10.19 lakh shares, representing a 0.66 percent stake, in digital engineering company Happiest Minds Technologies for Rs 37.42 crore at a price of Rs 367.23 per share.

Symbiotec Pharmalab

TIMF Holdings, owned by US-based investment firm Think Investments, acquired 3.77 lakh shares, representing a 0.58 percent stake in Symbiotec Pharmalab, for Rs 37.3 crore at a price of Rs 989.2 per share.

Wonder Electricals

Nexus Global Opportunities Fund picked up an additional 15 lakh shares, representing a 1.11 percent stake, in Wonder Electricals for Rs 12.12 crore at a price of Rs 80.84 per share.

Nexus Global already held a 2.34 percent stake in Wonder Electricals as of June 2026.

SBFC Finance

HDFC Life Insurance Company bought 73 lakh shares, representing a 0.65 percent stake, in non-banking finance company SBFC Finance for Rs 73.73 crore at a price of Rs 101 per share.

Promoter Chandramogan R G acquired 8.25 lakh shares, representing a 0.37 percent stake, in dairy products company Hatsun Agro Product from Ravi Kirti Shah for Rs 98.34 crore at a price of Rs 1,192 per share.
