Stocks to Watch

PC Jeweller

The board has approved raising up to Rs 1,000 crore through the issuance of equity shares via a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) in one or more tranches.

Coal India

The company has received the commissioning certificate from the Gujarat Energy Development Agency (GEDA) for 200 MW of solar power capacity out of the 300 MW solar power project at Khavda, Gujarat.

Servotech Renewable Power System

The company has secured an order for a 900 kW solar rooftop project across 12 locations from the Rural Development Department, Uttar Pradesh.

Maruti Suzuki India

Maruti Suzuki will challenge the July 14 order passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Raipur, which directed the company to replace a customer's vehicle with a new E20-compatible model after the consumer alleged problems linked to the use of E20 petrol.

The company said the vehicle involved in the case was already E20-compatible and fully capable of operating on E20 fuel, as disclosed in the owner's manual. The car was sold to the customer in June 2024 but had been manufactured in January 2023.

Maruti Suzuki further stated that there was evidence of contamination in the fuel collected from the customer's vehicle and that several other relevant facts had not been reflected in the Commission's order.

Laser Power and Infra

Nippon India Mutual Fund increased its stake in Laser Power and Infra by acquiring an additional 16.95 lakh shares through two transactions worth Rs 44.22 crore. It purchased 8.95 lakh shares at Rs 260.98 apiece and another 8 lakh shares at Rs 260.75 each. These purchases are in addition to the 1.94 percent stake held by Nippon Life before the company's listing.

Buoyant Opportunities Strategy and Buoyant Opportunities Strategy-III acquired 20 lakh shares, representing a 1.42 percent stake, for Rs 53.8 crore at Rs 269 per share.

BofA Securities Europe SA purchased 9 lakh shares worth Rs 23.63 crore in Laser Power and Infra at Rs 262.63 apiece, while Bank of India Mutual Fund acquired 9.43 lakh shares for Rs 24.83 crore at Rs 263.36 per share.

Nilkamal

Sunil Singhania-owned Abakkus Investment Managers bought 2.8 lakh shares, representing a 1.87 percent stake, in Nilkamal for Rs 37.39 crore at Rs 1,335.63 per share.

Ramkrishna ForgingsRamkrishna Forgings

US-based Capital Group-backed Smallcap World Fund sold 12.89 lakh shares, equivalent to a 0.7 percent stake, in Ramkrishna Forgings for Rs 74.01 crore at Rs 573.88 per share. The fund held a 7.97 percent stake in the company as of March 2026.
