GAIL (India)
The company has entered into a long-term charter party agreement with Alpha Gas, a leading Greek shipping major, for the LNG carrier Energy Fidelity.
The charter party agreement was executed between GAIL and Pantheon Maritime Services, a Singapore-based affiliate of Alpha Gas.
Aurobindo Pharma
The company has received final approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to manufacture and market Dapagliflozin and Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets in strengths of 5 mg/500 mg, 5 mg/1000 mg, 10 mg/500 mg, and 10 mg/1000 mg. These are bioequivalent and therapeutically equivalent to the reference listed drug (RLD), Xigduo XR tablets of AstraZeneca.
These products will be manufactured at Unit IV of the company’s subsidiary, APL Healthcare, and will be launched immediately.
Dapagliflozin and Metformin hydrochloride extended-release tablets are used as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycaemic control in adults with Type 2 diabetes mellitus.
Biocon
The global biopharmaceutical company announced the commercial launch of Bosaya (denosumab-kyqq) and Aukelso (denosumab-kyqq) in the United States.
Both products were previously approved and granted interchangeable designation by the US Food and Drug Administration in September 2025.
Swan Defence and Heavy Industries
The company has received a new order worth Rs 1,500–3,000 crore from Energy ONE for the construction of four 92,500 DWT dual-fuel ammonia bulk carriers.
These will be the first ammonia dual-fuel ships built in India. The first vessel is expected to be delivered in October 2029.
Prostarm Info Systems
The company has received a Letter of Award (LoA) as a subcontractor from Solarium Green Energy for executing complete engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works worth Rs 165 crore for a 50 MWac solar PV power project, excluding three years of operation and maintenance (O&M) services in Maharashtra.
Additionally, the company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Shenzhen Topband Co to explore a potential strategic alliance for exclusive cooperation in battery energy storage systems (BESS).

Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions
The renewable energy solutions provider announced the commissioning of its 185 MW hybrid renewable energy project at Kalavad, which is expected to add over Rs 165 crore annually to its revenue base in FY27 once stabilised.
Comprising integrated solar and wind capacity, the project has been developed over approximately 12 months and will supply green energy to 17 corporate customers.
Aditya Birla Capital
The Competition Commission of India has approved a primary capital investment of around Rs 2,750 crore in the company’s subsidiary, Aditya Birla Housing Finance, from Indriya, one of the entities of Advent International.
Dredging Corporation of India
The company has entered into a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Colombo Dockyard Plc, strengthening regional maritime cooperation between India and Sri Lanka.

The Board of Directors will meet on April 10 to consider an interim dividend for the financial year 2025–26.
SRF
The Assessment Unit of the Income Tax Department has issued a final assessment order wherein additions to taxable income aggregating Rs 30.54 crore were made. However, a technical error resulted in a tax demand of Rs 327.44 crore, including interest of Rs 101.77 crore.
The said demand is due to a technical error on the part of the Income Tax Department. The management believes the entire demand will be reversed upon rectification of the error, for which a rectification application has been filed. As a precautionary measure, the company has also filed an appeal before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
Aditya Birla Real Estate
The company’s subsidiary, Birla Estates, has achieved bookings exceeding Rs 1,600 crore for its luxury project, Birla Arika Phase 2 in Gurugram.
Nearly 97% of the residences (152 out of 156 units) were sold within a month of launch, underlining strong buyer confidence in the brand’s luxury developments.

Nippon India Mutual Fund has purchased an additional 1.44 lakh shares (1.5% stake) in ICRA for Rs 73.56 crore through two transactions, at a price of Rs 5,075 per share.
Nippon Life India Trustee, through its Nippon India Small Cap Fund, already held a 6.88% stake in the rating agency as of March 2026.
Cello World
Goldman Sachs Funds, through its Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio, sold 13.82 lakh shares (0.62% stake) in Cello World at Rs 401 per share, valued at Rs 55.45 crore.
The global fund house held a 1.34% stake in the company as of December 2025.
Mahanagar Gas
Eastspring Investments India Equity Open Fund, part of Prudential plc, offloaded 7.25 lakh shares (0.73% stake) for Rs 69.39 crore at Rs 957.01 per share.
Eastspring Investments held a 1.14% stake in Mahanagar Gas prior to the transaction.
Sai Parenterals
Non-institutional investor Bhaskara Rao Bollineni has purchased an additional 5.12 lakh shares (1.15% stake) in the company at Rs 409.25 per share, valued at Rs 20.96 crore.
Bhaskara Rao already held a 2.9% stake in the company as of March 2026.
