Stocks to Watch


Piramal Pharma


An existing shareholder is likely to sell a 6% stake in Piramal Pharma through block deals, with the offer size estimated at around Rs 1,750 crore, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources.


Aditya Birla Real Estate


The company's subsidiary, Birla Estates, announced its entry into the Navi Mumbai market with the redevelopment of Shiv Sai Co-operative Housing Society in Vashi, undertaken jointly with an affiliate of Priyanka Group. The project has a total revenue potential of approximately Rs 2,600 crore.


Bulk & Block Deals


UltraTech Cement


Promoter entity Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation sold a total of 25 lakh shares, representing 0.84% of the paid-up equity, in UltraTech Cement for Rs 2,896.25 crore.


The share exchange price in the UltraTech Cement block deals was Rs 11,585 per share.


On the other side, a total of 17 domestic and global investors, including HDFC AMC, ICICI Prudential AMC, National Pension Insurance Fund, Kotak Mahindra AMC, Axis Mutual Fund, Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, DSP Mutual Fund, Edelweiss MF, Eastspring Investments, J.P. Morgan Fund ICVC, Tata Mutual Fund, Templeton Funds, and WhiteOak Capital MF, bought all the shares sold by Pilani Investment.


Urban Company


SBI Mutual Fund bought 3.15 crore equity shares, representing 2.04% of the paid-up equity, in Urban Company for Rs 428.4 crore. This was in addition to the 6.59% stake already held by the asset management company as of June 2026.


On the other hand, VYC11 sold 96.31 lakh shares for Rs 130.98 crore, while VY EM2 sold 18.68 lakh shares for Rs 25.41 crore, representing a 0.74% stake in the company. Both are investment vehicles owned by Dubai-based global technology investment firm Vy Capital.


Further, Accel India IV (Mauritius) offloaded 2 crore shares, representing a 1.3% stake, for Rs 272 crore. The shares were exchanged at a price of Rs 136 per share.


Additionally, Bessemer India Capital Holdings II, owned by United States-based venture capital firm Bessemer Venture Partners, separately sold 1.21 crore shares, representing a 0.78% stake, in Urban Company at a price of Rs 140.15 per share. The transaction was valued at Rs 170.19 crore.


As per the shareholding pattern for June 2026, VYC11 owned a 7.37% stake in Urban Company, Accel India IV (Mauritius) owned a 6.99% stake, and Bessemer India Capital Holdings owned a 5.05% stake.


RPP Infra Projects


Chennai-based construction company Diva Projects acquired an additional 8.48 lakh shares at a price of Rs 58.88 per share for Rs 4.99 crore, taking its total stake purchase to 5.1% over the last three consecutive sessions from promoters.


On the other hand, promoter Yagavi N A sold 11.66 lakh shares for Rs 6.88 crore at a price of Rs 59.07 per share. Since last week, the promoters have offloaded a 9.87% stake in RPP Infra Projects, against their shareholding of 39.18% as of June 2026.


Renaissance Global


Vijay Mohan Karnani acquired 11.79 lakh shares, representing a 1.09% stake, in Renaissance Global for Rs 12.98 crore at a price of Rs 110.14 per share.


Seamec


360 ONE Pipe Fund acquired 2 lakh shares, representing a 0.79% stake, in Seamec at Rs 1,529.25 per share, valued at Rs 30.69 crore.


Thyrocare Technologies


Docon Technologies, the promoter and subsidiary of digital healthcare platform API Holdings, sold 1.31 crore equity shares, representing 8.9% of the paid-up equity, in Thyrocare Technologies for Rs 821.7 crore at a price of Rs 624 per share. All these shares were bought by 14 domestic and global institutional investors.


In addition, the promoter separately offloaded another 10 lakh shares for Rs 63.17 crore at a price of Rs 631.71 per share on the National Stock Exchange.


Docon, as a promoter, held a 60.92% stake in Thyrocare as of June 2026.


On the other hand, HSBC Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company, Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC, ICICI Prudential AMC, HBM Healthcare Investments (Cayman), Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius, WhiteOak Capital MF, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, DSP MF, ITI MF, and Kuwait Investment Authority were among the buyers in Thyrocare Technologies. The buying price was Rs 624 per share.
