The company has received an EPC work order worth Rs 302.44 crore from the Airport Authority of India.
Cyient
The company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Tao Digital Solutions Inc., an AI-native data and product engineering solutions firm headquartered in Santa Clara, California, at an enterprise value of US$218 million. The transaction is expected to close by Q2 FY27.
Wockhardt
The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Zaynich (cefepime and zidebactam), a novel intravenous antibiotic for the treatment of adults with complicated urinary tract infections (cUTIs).
Zaynich previously received Qualified Infectious Disease Product (QIDP) and Fast Track designations from the FDA.
SBI Life Insurance Company
The Board has approved the appointment of Ramesh Venkateshamurthy as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective May 29.
Lupin
The pharma company has received approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Sodium Sulfate, Magnesium Sulfate, and Potassium Chloride tablets.
These tablets are indicated for cleansing the colon as a preparation for colonoscopy in adults.
Hindustan Zinc
The Board has approved the appointment of Amit Gupta as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective June 1. The Board has also approved the extension of Arun Misra's tenure as CEO and Whole-time Director (KMP) for a period of two months.
Bulk & Block Deals
PB Fintech
Founders Yashish Dahiya and Alok Bansal sold shares in PB Fintech through block deals. Yashish Dahiya sold 26 lakh shares (0.56 percent stake) for Rs 455.26 crore, while Alok Bansal offloaded 12 lakh shares (0.26 percent stake) for Rs 210.12 crore. As of March 2026, they held 3.86 percent and 1.16 percent stakes in the company, respectively.
The transaction price was Rs 1,751 per share.
On the other hand, ST James's Place Emerging Markets Equity Unit Trust, Viridian Asia Opportunities Master Fund, Societe Generale, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, National Pension System (NPS), Wasatch Advisors LP, BNP Paribas Financial Markets, Ghisallo Master Fund, Los Angeles City Employees Retirement System, Matthews Asia Funds, Metzler Asset Management, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore, and Tata Mutual Fund were among the buyers of PB Fintech shares.
Anand Rathi Wealth
Promoter Anand Rathi Financial Services sold 14.46 lakh shares (1.74 percent stake) in Anand Rathi Wealth for Rs 500 crore. The shares were sold at Rs 3,457.97 per share.
Federal Bank
BNP Paribas Financial Markets sold 3.76 crore shares of Federal Bank for Rs 1,085.1 crore at Rs 288.57 per share. Meanwhile, Integrated Core Strategies (Asia) Pte offloaded 1.51 crore shares of the bank at Rs 288.36 per share, valued at Rs 437.4 crore, on the National Stock Exchange.
MCX India, NALCO
BNP Paribas Financial Markets also sold 21.79 lakh shares of Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX) for Rs 642.44 crore at Rs 2,947.84 per share, and 1.61 crore shares of National Aluminium Company (NALCO) for Rs 686.62 crore at Rs 424.21 per share.
Kalyan Jewellers, Rail Vikas Nigam
Integrated Core Strategies (Asia) Pte purchased 93.81 lakh shares of Kalyan Jewellers India for Rs 333.3 crore at Rs 355.31 per share, and 1.27 crore shares of Rail Vikas Nigam for Rs 313.71 crore at Rs 245.46 per share.
