Phoenix Mills' share price gained 2 percent in the opening trade on October 9 after the company posted better numbers in September 2024.

In Q2 FY25, the company posted a 25 percent jump in its retail consumption at Rs 3,289 crore, while gross retail collections rose 27 percent to Rs 812 crore over Q2 FY24.
In H1 FY25, the company's consumption rose 25 percent at Rs 6,506 crore and gross retail collections were up 29 percent at Rs 1,610 crore over H1 FY24.
In the second quarter of the current financial year company reported gross residential sales of Rs 27 crore and collections of Rs 65 crore in Q2 FY25.
In September, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Casper Realty was declared as the highest bidder for two prime city-centric plots in Mohali, Punjab, measuring ~13.14 acres, auctioned by the Greater Mohali Development Area Authority (GMADA).
In August 2024, we acquired a land parcel measuring ~9.03 acres, in Coimbatore, through Astrea Real Estate Developers Private Limited.
The share touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,068.15 and a 52-week low of Rs 862.50 on 18 July 2024 and 26 October 2023, respectively.
Currently, the stock is trading 18.28 percent below its 52-week high and 95.94 percent above its 52-week low.
