Life Insurance Corporation of India
The Government of India has decided to exercise the oversubscription option for 50.59 crore equity shares, representing a 4 percent stake in Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), through an offer-for-sale (OFS) on August 5. This is in addition to the base issue size of 31.62 crore equity shares, representing a 2.5 percent stake.

Elevation Capital V sold 10.20 lakh shares in One 97 Communications for Rs 139.55 crore, while SAIF III Mauritius Company offloaded 97.43 lakh shares worth Rs 1,332.7 crore. SAIF Partners India IV also sold 41.36 lakh shares worth Rs 565.77 crore. Collectively, the three entities sold 1.49 crore shares worth Rs 2,038.02 crore.

27 investors acquire 2.27% stake worth Rs 1,949-crore in Meesho from Elevation Capital, Peak XV Partners
Meesho
Elevation Capital and Peak XV Partners Investments sold a 2.27 percent equity stake in Meesho to 27 investors for Rs 1,949 crore.
Societe Generale, Axis Mutual Fund, Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, UTI Mutual Fund, Prudential Hong Kong, Morgan Stanley, Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company, HSBC Mutual Fund, Ghisallo Master Fund, Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund, Ashoka India Equity Investment Trust, BNP Paribas Financial Markets, Dendana Investments Mauritius, and Eastspring Investments were among the 27 buyers of Meesho shares sold by Elevation Capital and Peak XV Partners.
The shares were exchanged at a price of Rs 186 per share.
Poonawalla Fincorp
PFL Employee Welfare Trust sold 47.08 lakh shares, representing 0.53 percent of the paid-up equity, in Poonawalla Fincorp for Rs 222.96 crore.
Sundaram Mutual Fund, HDFC Life Insurance Company, Helios Mutual Fund, and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte were among the buyers of the 0.53 percent stake in Poonawalla Fincorp. The shares were exchanged at a price of Rs 473.5 per share through block deals.
Sudeep Pharma
Goldman Sachs Funds – Goldman Sachs India Equity Portfolio bought 11.76 lakh shares, representing a 1.04 percent stake, in Sudeep Pharma from Nuvama for Rs 100 crore.
Nuvama Crossover Opportunities Fund – Series III sold 6.14 lakh shares, while Series IIIA offloaded 5.62 lakh shares in the pharma company at a price of Rs 850 per share. As per the June 2026 shareholding pattern, the two funds held 2.95 percent and 2.57 percent stakes, respectively, in the company.
Zota Health Care
Lyptus Punch-Card Fund bought 2.19 lakh shares, representing a 0.63 percent stake, in Zota Health Care from Valiant India Opportunities for Rs 27.18 crore. The shares were exchanged at a price of Rs 1,241 per share.
Rajgor Castor Derivatives
Unicorn Fund sold 8.97 lakh shares, representing a 3.75 percent stake, in Rajgor Castor Derivatives for Rs 2.95 crore at a price of Rs 32.94 per share. The fund held a 5.76 percent stake, or 13.77 lakh shares, in the company as of March 2026.
Raghav Narendra Rathi acquired 2.97 lakh shares in Rajgor Castor Derivatives at Rs 33 per share, while Rameshchandra Madanlal Rathi purchased 3.03 lakh shares at Rs 32.90 per share, and Madhav Narendra Rathi acquired 3 lakh shares at Rs 32.94 per share. Together, the three transactions were worth Rs 2.96 crore.

Alchemy Capital Management's Alchemy Long Term Ventures Fund Series 3 acquired 2.06 lakh shares in Aimtron Electronics for Rs 30.48 crore at a price of Rs 1,480 per share. Meanwhile, promoter Mukesh Jeram Vasani sold 2.1 lakh shares in the company at Rs 1,480.09 per share, valued at Rs 31.08 crore.
Apollo Pipes
Promoter S Gupta Holding bought 2.25 lakh shares in Apollo Pipes at Rs 522.16 per share and another 2.25 lakh shares at Rs 522.34 per share. Together, the purchases amounted to more than a 1 percent stake worth Rs 23.5 crore.
