Stocks to Watch


Hindustan Aeronautics


The company has signed contracts with Pawan Hans for the supply of 10 Dhruv NG helicopters, along with associated spares and accessories, with a total value exceeding Rs 1,800 crore.


Hindustan Petroleum Corporation


The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Oil India to collaborate on the development of a compressed bio-gas (CBG) project.


As part of the collaboration, Oil India will implement a CBG plant using HPCL’s indigenously developed HP RAMP technology. HPCL will provide the requisite technology to enable efficient conversion of waste into compressed bio-gas, while Oil India will leverage its operational capabilities for project implementation.


Atlanta Electricals


The company has received two orders from Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation worth Rs 146 crore, and three additional orders from Datta Power Infra (an independent power producer) executing projects for NTPC, worth Rs 142 crore.


JB Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals


Narayan Saraf has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, effective January 30, citing personal reasons and to pursue other professional opportunities.


Bulk Deals


Sunteck Realty


Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) has bought 35.09 lakh shares, equivalent to a 2.39 percent stake in Sunteck Realty, for Rs 131.6 crore. Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE purchased an additional 36.52 lakh shares, representing a 2.49 percent stake, for Rs 137 crore.


Meanwhile, CLSA Global Markets – ODI was the seller in Sunteck Realty, offloading 71.61 lakh shares, or a 4.88 percent stake, for Rs 268.6 crore, out of its 5.2 percent stake held as of December 2025.


CLSA exchanged the above-mentioned 4.88 percent stake with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs at a price of Rs 375.1 per share.


Manappuram Finance


Morgan Stanley Asia (Singapore) has bought 65.27 lakh shares, representing a 0.77 percent stake in Manappuram Finance, for Rs 190.37 crore from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE at Rs 291.65 per share.


Goldman Sachs was holding a 1.53 percent stake in Manappuram Finance as of December 2025.


Balu Forge Industries


Sixteenth Street Asian Gems Fund, the Singapore-based hedge fund of Sixteenth Street Capital, sold 9.27 lakh shares, or a 0.81 percent stake, in Balu Forge at Rs 358.77 per share for Rs 33.26 crore. The fund held a 2.46 percent stake in the company as of December 2025.


Jinkushal Industries


Jinal Kalpesh Dhakad has bought 2.76 lakh shares in Jinkushal Industries at Rs 66.34 per share for Rs 1.83 crore, while Nikhil Mithalal Dhakad purchased 3.54 lakh shares at Rs 67.54 per share for Rs 2.39 crore, together amounting to a 1.64 percent stake.
