Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 74 points, or 0.42 per cent higher at 17,559, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Thursday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

HCL Technologies: The IT major and Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank eG (apoBank) - the largest cooperative primary bank in Germany - have signed an agreement to acquire IT consulting company Gesellschaft für Banksysteme GmbH (gbs). Post-closing, HCL Technologies will own 51 per cent while apoBank will own 49 per cent stake of gbs.

Indiabulls Housing Finance: The NBFC said its public issue of bonds will open on Thursday to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore, the proceeds of which will be utilised to fund its business growth. The issue has a base size of Rs 200 crore with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs 800 crores, aggregating to up to Rs 1,000 crore.
Infosys: The business process management arm of IT major, 

Infosys
 BPM, announced that it is expanding its presence in Ireland, creating 250 jobs locally with the development of a new delivery centre in Waterford.

Alembic Pharmaceuticals: The drug maker said it has received approval from the US health regulator to market Selexipag tablets, used to treat high blood pressure, in the American market.

United Breweries: The beer maker has approached the appellate tribunal NCLAT against Rs 751.8 crore penalty imposed on the company by the fair trade regulator CCI. The Competition Commission of India on September 24, 2021, imposed a fine of Rs 751.8 crore for alleged cartelisation in the sale and supply of beer.
IIFL Finance: Canadian billionaire Prem Watsa-backed Fairfax Group ffloaded 

IIFL Finance
 shares worth over Rs 180 crore through an open market transaction. According to bulk deal data available with NSE, it sold 57,76,899 shares of IIFL Finance.


Gland Pharma:
 The company received a tentative approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) for Cangrelor for injection.
RailTel Corporation of India: The company has received work order worth Rs 210.77 crore from 

Ircon International
 for design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of tunnel communication system consisting of emergency call & service telephone, CCTV, tunnel radio and PA system in tunnel environment on Dharam - Banihal section of J&K Rail.

Nazara Technologies: Founders of Arrakis Tanitim Organizasyon Pazarlama San.Tic. Ltd. Sti. (Publishme, Turkey) has subscribed to 30.82 percent stake in Publishme Global FZ LLC. Accordingly, Nazara through its wholly owned subsidiary company i.e. Nazara Technologies FZ-LLC, is now holding 69.18 per cent stake in Publishme Global FZ-LLC.
REC: The company approved the proposal for sale and transfer of Kallam Transmission to the successful bidder, selected through Tariff Based Competitive Bidding Process.

Venus Remedies: The company has been selected for production-linked incentive scheme (PLI) of the Government of India.

Reliance Capital: Anil Ambani led company asked the creditors of the company to submit their claims with proof by December 20 following initiation of corporate insolvency process against the firm.
