Hindustan Zinc
Vedanta is likely to sell 6.67 crore shares (equivalent to 1.6% equity stake) of Hindustan Zinc via block deals, with a floor price of Rs 452.5 per share, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources.
Mahindra and Mahindra, SML Isuzu
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has unconditionally approved the acquisition of SML Isuzu by Mahindra & Mahindra, along with the associated open offer. On April 26, M&M's board approved the acquisition of a 43.96% stake in SML Isuzu from promoter Sumitomo Corporation, along with an additional 15% stake from public shareholder Isuzu Motors. It is also making an open offer to acquire up to 26% stake from eligible public shareholders at a price of Rs 1,554.60 per share.
Polycab India
The company has signed an agreement with BSNL, acting as the Project Implementation Agency, for a contract worth Rs 6,447.54 crore.
The project involves the design, supply, construction, installation, upgradation, operation, and maintenance of the middle-mile network of the BharatNet programme in Karnataka, Goa, and Puducherry telecom circles, under Package No. 4.
Delhivery
The Competition Commission of India has approved the proposed acquisition of at least 99.4% stake in Ecom Express by Delhivery, for up to Rs 1,407 crore.
Bharat Forge
The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with French company Turgis Gaillard to offer the AAROK UAV in alignment with the Indian Ministry of Defence. AAROK is a MALE-class UAV (Medium Altitude Long Endurance), designed to offer advanced technology at low acquisition and deployment costs. Equipped with electromagnetic sensors and radar, the UAV is capable of monitoring enemy activity while remaining stand-off from threats.
Ugro Capital
The company’s Board of Directors will meet on June 20 to consider fundraising via convertible securities through preferential allotment.
Additionally, Ugro Capital has signed a Share Purchase Agreement with the existing shareholders of Profectus Capital to acquire 100% of its shares for Rs 1,400 crore.
DLF
The real estate company announced sales of over Rs 11,000 crore in its DLF Privana North phase, a luxury residential township.
Dreamfolks Services
The company has announced the launch of two offerings — exclusive access to a network of 3,000 members-only social clubs worldwide, and complimentary coffee privileges at 200 malls across India.
Neuland Laboratories
The company has received an administrative warning letter from SEBI for a violation of insider trading regulations by a designated person of the company. The company clarified that there is no material impact on its financials, operations, or other activities.
RailTel Corporation of India
The company has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Zoram Electronics Development Corporation (Zenics) for the implementation of the Mizo Fibre Grid Network (MFGN) project, valued at Rs 43.99 crore.
Sammaan Capital
The Board has approved the reappointment of Naveen Uppal as Chief Risk Officer of the company for a further period of three years, effective June 17.
Alembic Pharmaceuticals
The company has issued a corporate guarantee amounting to $22 million in favour of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., for obtaining a term loan facility in its subsidiary, Alembic Pharmaceuticals Inc., USA.
Punjab National Bank
The bank has completed the sale of its entire 20.90% stake in its associate company, Mis India SME Asset Reconstruction Company.
Electrosteel Castings
The company will carry out a planned shutdown of its MBF production facility at the Khardah works unit and main plant from June 18 for maintenance work for a period of approximately 10–12 days.
BSE
SEBI has agreed to the expiry day — Thursday — proposed by BSE. The exchange will continue with the present expiry day for derivative contracts that expire on or before August 31, 2025. From September 1, 2025, the monthly contracts will expire on the last Thursday of the month.

Rajkumar Bafna has resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company, effective June 30.
GMR Airports
Total passenger traffic increased by 0.8% YoY to 1 crore in May, with domestic passenger traffic rising 0.1% and international passenger traffic up 2.9%. Aircraft movements grew by 6.3% YoY to 64,931 in May.

Vishal Mega Mart
Promoter Samayat Services LLP has sold a 19.6% equity stake (90 crore shares) in the company for Rs 10,220.4 crore. However, SBI Mutual Fund bought 16.58 crore shares of the company, HDFC Mutual Fund acquired 7.5 crore shares, and Kotak Mahindra MF bought 7.95 crore shares at a price of Rs 113.5 per share.

TVS Supply Chain Solutions
TVS Motor Company has acquired 39.5 lakh shares (0.89% stake) at an average price of Rs 144 per share from Authum Investment & Infrastructure.
Zydus Wellness
PPFAS Mutual Fund has acquired 46.27 lakh shares (7.27% stake) in the company at an average price of Rs 1,900 per share from Threpsi Care LLP. Threpsi Care LLP has exited the company.
