Infosys
The digital services and consulting company has unveiled its AI-first value framework to help global enterprises unlock AI value at scale, harnessing the power of its industry-leading generative and agentic AI suite, Infosys Topaz. This move is expected to enable the company to tap into an incremental AI-first services opportunity of $300–400 billion by 2030, according to a recent Nasscom–McKinsey report.
Saatvik Green Energy
The company’s subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries, has received an order worth Rs 44.10 crore from a renowned independent power producer/EPC player for the supply of solar PV modules.
Hexaware Technologies
The IT services and solutions provider announced the launch of an open version of RapidX, featuring native integration with Replit, an AI platform that enables users to turn natural-language descriptions into secure, production-ready enterprise software. This integration enables RapidX, Hexaware’s agentic AI platform for software engineering, to help enterprises move faster from rapid prototyping to production-ready applications.
Eternal
The company said it has expanded its strategic collaboration with OpenAI to enhance artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities across its businesses, including Zomato, Blinkit, District, and Hyperpure, along with its partner platforms and internal systems.
Dilip Buildcon
The company has been declared the L-1 bidder for a project worth Rs 702 crore from the Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpasar Department, Government of Gujarat.
The project involves the construction of a flood protection embankment on the River Narmada in Bharuch.
Dabur India
The Board has appointed Herjit S Bhalla as Chief Executive Officer – India Business, under the category of Senior Management Personnel, effective April 15, 2026.
The Board has also redesignated Mohit Malhotra, Whole-Time Director & Chief Executive Officer, as Whole-Time Director & Global Chief Executive Officer, effective February 17.
Bharat Heavy Electricals
The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Steel Authority of India (SAIL) for a captive power plant in Burnpur. The size of the contract is estimated at Rs 1,200–1,500 crore.
Healthcare Global Enterprises
The Board has approved the issuance of fully paid-up equity shares for an amount of up to Rs 425 crore via a rights issue to eligible equity shareholders as of the record date.
NDL Ventures
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the merger of Hinduja Leyland Finance with NDL Ventures, paving the way for the consolidation of operations of both companies.
Engineers India
The Board of Directors will meet on February 26 to consider a second interim dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025–26.
Bosch
The Board has approved the appointment of Tillmann Olsen as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective June 1, 2026. He will succeed Karin Gilges, who will step down from the position effective May 31, 2026.
Bulk Deals
Stylam Industries
Aica Kogyo Company, the Japanese chemical and construction materials manufacturer, has acquired 29.01 lakh shares (equivalent to a 17.1 percent stake) in Stylam Industries, the laminate sheet maker, for Rs 652.94 crore. This is in addition to the 10 percent stake already acquired by Aica Kogyo in Stylam on February 13.
Promoters Manav Gupta, Pushpa Gupta, and Dipti Gupta were the sellers in the deal. The transaction price was Rs 2,250 per share.
Nirlon
Brookfield Corporation-backed BSREP IV FPI Two Holdings (DIFC) has acquired an additional 15.33 lakh shares (1.7 percent stake) in Nirlon at Rs 519.72 per share, valued at Rs 79.71 crore. However, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund offloaded 14.01 lakh shares (1.55 percent stake) at Rs 520 per share for Rs 72.86 crore.
BSREP IV FPI already owned a 10 percent shareholding in the company, while ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its Smallcap Fund, held a 2.22 percent stake as of December 2025.
Arvind SmartSpaces
Promoter entity Aura Securities has acquired 18.35 lakh shares (4 percent stake) in the company at Rs 545 per share, valued at Rs 100 crore, while Samkeet Enterprises picked up 3.66 lakh shares (0.79 percent stake) at the same price for Rs 19.95 crore.
HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund-1, which held an 8.79 percent stake as of December 2025, has offloaded 23 lakh shares (5.01 percent stake) in Arvind SmartSpaces for Rs 125.35 crore. The transaction price was Rs 545 per share.
Easy Trip Planners
Arthkumbh Ventures LLP has acquired 3.92 crore shares (1.08 percent stake) in the online travel company at Rs 9.41 per share, valued at Rs 36.97 crore.
MIC Electronics
Promoter entity R R K Enterprise sold 20 lakh shares (0.82 percent stake) in MIC Electronics, a manufacturer of light-emitting diode (LED) street lights and video displays, at Rs 42 per share, valued at Rs 8.4 crore.
Yatra Online
Promoter entity THCL Travel Holding Cyprus offloaded 28.33 lakh shares (1.8 percent stake) in the company at Rs 158.05 per share, valued at Rs 44.77 crore.
