Zen Technologies
Zen Technologies has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in TISA Aerospace, an emerging defence technology company specialising in indigenously developed loitering munitions and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The acquisition will be executed through a combination of share purchase from existing shareholders of TISA and acquisition of compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) from existing holders issued by TISA.
NLC India
The company’s subsidiary, NLC India Renewables, has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Tamil Nadu Green Energy Corporation (TNGECL) for the development of three standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects with a total capacity of 250 MW/500 MWh, with complete two cycles of charging/discharging for on-demand usage. The projects will be implemented under the Build-Own-Operate (BOO) model with Viability Gap Funding (VGF) support under the state component.
Bajel Projects
Bajel Projects has secured an EPC contract worth over Rs 400 crore for transmission line and substation bay extension works in Madhya Pradesh, from Power Grid Corporation of India, on behalf of their special purpose vehicle (SPV) MEL Power Transmission.
Bharat Electronics
The company has secured additional orders worth Rs 585 crore since June 5. Major orders received include fire control and sighting systems for missiles, communication equipment, jammers, spares, and services.
Granules India
The US Food and Drug Administration has concluded the inspection of the company’s API Unit-I facility at Sangareddy, Hyderabad, with one observation in Form 483. The inspection was conducted between June 16–20. The company will respond to this observation within the stipulated time.
Waaree Renewable Technologies
The company has received an additional order worth Rs 246.92 crore under the existing contract for execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) works for a ground-mount solar PV project of 2012.47 MWp capacity. With this addition, the order value has increased to Rs 1,480.40 crore.
Signature Global (India)
The Board of Directors will meet on June 25 to consider a proposal to raise funds via the issuance of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis.
Bank of India
The Board of Directors of the bank will meet on June 26 to consider fund raising through the issuance of long-term infrastructure bonds.
Bandhan Bank
The Reserve Bank of India has extended the tenure of Arun Kumar Singh as an Additional Director on the Board of Bandhan Bank by one year, effective from June 24.
CEAT
The Board of Directors will meet on June 25 to consider raising funds via money market instruments, commercial papers, debt instruments, non-convertible securities, or any other permissible mode of borrowing.
Small finance banks in focus
The Reserve Bank of India has revised the priority sector lending (PSL) norms for small finance banks. From the financial year 2025–26 onwards, the additional component of PSL will be reduced to 20 percent from 35 percent earlier, thereby making the overall PSL target 60 percent of Adjusted Net Bank Credit (ANBC) or Credit Equivalent of Off-Balance Sheet Exposures (CEOBE), whichever is higher. Small finance banks will continue to allocate 40 percent of ANBC or CEOBE, whichever is higher, to various sub-sectors under PSL as per the extant prescriptions, while the remaining 20 percent can be allocated to one or more PSL sub-sectors where the bank has a competitive advantage.
LT Foods
The United States Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, has imposed the highest possible countervailing duty (CVD) rate of 340.27% on Ecopure’s exports of organic soybean meal to the United States. The US DoC applied the Adverse Facts Available (AFA) methodology to Ecopure Specialities, a step-down subsidiary of the company. Ecopure is evaluating all available legal remedies in response to the CVD imposition.
Tata Consultancy Services
The company has expanded its capabilities in the Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) space by setting up two new automotive delivery centers in Germany and an engineering center in Romania, aimed at driving transformation in the auto sector.

TPG Asia VII SF Pte has sold 2.08 crore equity shares (10% stake) in the company at an average price of Rs 722 per share, valued at Rs 1,504.8 crore. Buyers of the 10% stake included HDFC MF, DSP MF, Societe Generale, Mirae Asset MF, Axis MF, Aditya Birla Sun Life MF, BlackRock Global Emerging Markets Fund, Max Life Insurance Company, Morgan Stanley, Pimco Equity Series, and Ghisallo Master Fund LP.

Promoter entity R R K Enterprise has sold 21.42 lakh shares (0.89% stake) in the company at an average price of Rs 54.07 per share.
Northern Arc Capital
360 ONE Special Opportunities Fund - Series 4, 5, and 7 has sold 1.94 crore equity shares (12.02% stake) in Northern Arc Capital for Rs 382.1 crore.
However, Cohesion MK Best Ideas Sub-Trust acquired 10 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 208.83 per share, and BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 8.67 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 202.46 per share.

PG Foils sold 3.8 lakh shares in Prostarm Info at an average price of Rs 130.07 per share.

FSSA Indian Subcontinent Fund has sold 2.24 lakh shares in the company at an average price of Rs 538.11 per share.

Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund has acquired 20.37 lakh shares in the cement company at an average price of Rs 310.17 per share.
Vishal Mega Mart
Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund and Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index Fund A Series of VIEIF have acquired 5.05 crore equity shares in Vishal Mega Mart at an average price of Rs 129.74 per share, amounting to Rs 655.16 crore.
Westlife Foodworld
HDFC Mutual Fund has acquired 14.3 lakh shares in the company at an average price of Rs 696.54 per share. However, Hill Fort India Fund LP has sold 15 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 696.55 per share.
SG Finserve
Bandhan Mutual Fund has bought 8.86 lakh shares in the company at an average price of Rs 405 per share. However, Sahil Gupta sold 12.5 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 405.08 per share.
