Timex Group India
Promoter Timex Group Luxury Watches BV, Netherlands, will be selling up to a 15% stake in Timex Group India via an Offer-for-Sale (OFS) on June 25–26, including the base offer size of 7.5% (75.71 lakh shares). The OFS will open for non-retail investors on June 25 and for retail investors on June 26. The floor price for the offer is Rs 175 per share.
Infosys
The digital services and consulting firm has announced a strategic collaboration with Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company, to enhance Zoetis’ IT operations and digital capabilities by integrating advanced AI solutions and automation services.
Hindalco Industries
Aditya Holdings LLC, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the company, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a 100% stake in US-based specialty alumina manufacturer AluChem Companies Inc. for $125 million.
BLS E-Services
BLS E-Services, through its subsidiary Zero Mass, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Customer Service Points (CSPs) of State Bank of India (SBI) and HDFC Bank under the Business Correspondent (BC) business of Sub-K Impact Solutions on a slump sale basis for Rs 6.5 crore.
JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals
The company has received approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) for its Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) for Amitriptyline Hydrochloride tablets USP in 10 mg, 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, and 150 mg strengths. These tablets are used to treat symptoms of depression.
Aurobindo Pharma
CuraTeQ Biologics s.r.o., a wholly owned step-down subsidiary of Aurobindo Pharma, has obtained marketing authorization from the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for Dyrupeg, its pegylated filgrastim biosimilar version.
Earlier in April 2025, Dyrupeg received marketing authorization in the European Union from the European Commission (EC). Dyrupeg is used in cancer patients to help manage neutropenia (low levels of neutrophils, a type of white blood cell).
This marks CuraTeQ’s third biosimilar approved by the MHRA, following the approval of Bevqolva in December 2024 and Zefylti in May 2025.
Bajel Projects
The company has received a large order (valued between Rs 100–200 crore) for the establishment of a 400kV GIS and 765kV AIS extension substation from a leading private player in the energy and power transmission sector.
RITES
The company has received a Letter of Intent from Gujarat Urban Development Company for the appointment of a TPI agency for WSS/UGD/STP projects under Amrut 2.0/SJMMSVY under GUDC for ULBs of Gujarat. The project is valued at Rs 28.5 crore.
PTC Industries
The company’s subsidiary, Aerolloy Technologies, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Safran Aircraft Engines for the manufacturing of components and materials for military aircraft engines in India.
Himadri Speciality Chemical
The company has completed the acquisition of a 16.24% stake in International Battery Company, Inc., a Delaware corporation, for $4.43 million.

Kanakaraju Krishnasamy has resigned from the position of Chief Technology Officer – Actuation, Control, and Fluid Management Systems, effective June 24, to pursue new professional challenges.
Kaynes Technology India
The company has raised Rs 1,600 crore via the allotment of 28.72 lakh equity shares to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) at an issue price of Rs 5,569.50 per share, following the closure of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) issue on June 24.
QIBs include Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Nomura Funds, HSBC Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra AMC, Nippon Life India, Axis Mutual Fund, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, HDFC Mutual Fund, and HDFC Life Insurance Company.

Avalon Technologies
Alchemy Emerging Leaders of Tomorrow, Alchemy India Long Term Fund, and Alchemy Leaders of Tomorrow acquired 9.89 lakh shares (1.49% stake), while ITI Mutual Fund purchased 2.1 lakh shares (0.32% stake) in Avalon at an average price of Rs 809 per share from promoter Bhaskar Srinivasan.

Promoter Yogen Khosla sold 1.64 lakh shares in Capital Trust at an average price of Rs 76.84 per share, and 87,180 shares at an average price of Rs 78.49 per share, totaling a 1.48% stake.

Promoter Yuvraj Hiralal Malhotra sold 5.9 lakh shares (2.52% stake) in the company at an average price of Rs 68.7 per share.
