Stocks to Watch
One 97 Communications (Paytm)
Antfin, an affiliate company of the Chinese conglomerate Alibaba Group, is likely to sell up to a 4% stake in One 97 Communications via block deals, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources. The offer size is expected to be Rs 2,066 crore, with a floor price of Rs 809.75 per share.
Kfin Technologies
General Atlantic Singapore Fund Pte is likely to sell a 6.9% equity stake (equivalent to 1.18 crore equity shares) in Kfin via block deals, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources. The offer size may be around Rs 1,209.5 crore, with a floor price of Rs 1,025 per share.
Premier Explosives
The company has received closure orders from the Telangana Pollution Control Board in Hyderabad, instructing it to stop all industrial activities with immediate effect at its factory in Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri, Telangana. The accident occurred at the factory on April 29, 2025.
Aether Industries
Promoter Purnima Desai will sell up to a 6.77% equity stake in the company (equivalent to 89.79 lakh shares) via an offer-for-sale (OFS) on May 13 and May 14. The OFS will open for non-retail investors on May 13 and for retail investors on May 14. The floor price for the offer is set at Rs 700 per share.
Piramal Pharma
The pharmaceuticals and wellness company will invest $90 million towards expanding two of its facilities in the United States—Michigan and Kentucky facilities.
Cochin Shipyard
Cochin Shipyard announced a collaboration with Drydocks World, a DP World company, to boost India’s ship repair and offshore fabrication capabilities.

The Board will consider the proposal for fundraising via equity shares or securities on May 15.
Gensol Engineering
Anmol Singh Jaggi has resigned as Managing Director, and Puneet Singh Jaggi as Whole-time Director of the company, effective May 12.

Tata Mutual Fund acquired a 2.81% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 1,990 per share. However, the promoter entity, Srinivasan Trust exited the company by selling its shareholding of 2.81% at an average price of Rs 1,990.09 per share.
Northern Arc Capital
Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte acquired a 0.54% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 193 per share. However, 360 ONE Special Opportunities Fund - Series 2 sold a 2.2% stake at an average price of Rs 194.64 per share.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services
Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius bought 2.03 lakh shares in the company from Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte at an average price of Rs 679.5 per share.
Tanla Platforms
Promoter Dasari Uday Kumar Reddy acquired a 1.38% stake in the company from American Funds Insurance Series Global Small Capitalization Fund and Smallcap World Fund Inc. at an average price of Rs 470.15 per share.
