Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded merely 6.5 points, or 0.04 per cent lower at 17,877, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a flat start on Thursday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:
One97 Communications: The parent company of Paytm will make its Dalal Street debut on Thursday. The largest ever IPO worth Rs 18,300 crore was open for subscription between November 8-10 in the price range of Rs 2,080-2,150 apeice. It was trading a discount in grey market ahead of listing.
Sapphire Foods India: The operators of QSRs like KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bells in India, Sri Lanka and Maldive will also debut on bourses on Thursday. The company raised 2,073.25 crore during November 9-11 selling its shares in the range of Rs 1,120-1,180. The company was commanding mild premium ahead of its listing.
Vedanta: The Billionaire Anil Agarwal-led mining company said it is mulling a complete overhaul of its corporate structure, including demerger and listing of the aluminum, iron & steel, and oil and gas businesses as standalone entities to unlock shareholder value.
Infosys: The IT major along with Madison Square Garden Sports Corp (MSG Sports) and Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp (MSG Entertainment), announced a multi-year signature marketing partnership.
Tata Motors: The homegrown auto major is looking to establish vehicle scrappage centres under a franchise set up with the first one expected to become operational in the first quarter of the next fiscal.

JSW Steel: The steel producer said it has been included in the S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) 2021 for the Emerging Markets.

PNB Housing Finance: The housing finance player said the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has allowed it to withdraw its appeal in the matter related to the Rs 4,000 crore Carlyle deal, which stands scrapped now.
Punjab & Sind Bank: The state run lender said it has adjusted the net loss for fiscal ended March 2021 slightly higher at Rs 2,750 crore due to divergence in asset classification. The bank had reported a net loss of Rs 2,733 crore in 2020-21.
Sugar Stocks: India's sugar production rose 24 per cent to 20.9 lakh tonnes during October 1-November 15 on higher output in Maharashtra and Karnataka, while mills have entered into contracts to export 25 lakh tonnes of sweetener so far, according to industry body ISMA.
