Stocks to Watch


Sagility


A promoter entity is likely to sell up to a 16.4% stake in Sagility via block deals, with a floor price of Rs 46.4 per share, reports CNBC-TV18, citing sources.


Zydus Lifesciences


The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted a Pre-Approval Inspection at the SEZ Oncology Injectable manufacturing site in SEZ-1, Ahmedabad, related to the new isolator injectable line, during November 4–13. The inspection concluded with two observations, with no data-integrity–related issues.


Additionally, Zydus has received final approval from the USFDA for Diroximel Fumarate delayed-release capsules, 231 mg. These capsules are indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS) in adults.


NBCC (India)


The company has received an order worth Rs 340 crore for the construction of the Central University of Kashmir (Phase-I works) at Tulmulla, Ganderbal, Kashmir.


Nippon Life India Asset Management


The Board has authorised Nippon Life to enter into a strategic collaboration with DWS Group GmbH & Co. KGaA, the European asset manager. Both parties intend to jointly develop and build a leading AIF franchise in India, wherein DWS plans to acquire a minority stake of up to 40% in Nippon Life India AIF Management (NAIF), a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.


CESC


The company’s subsidiary, CESC Green Power, has received in-principle approval from the Government of Odisha to set up a manufacturing facility comprising 3 GW solar cell capacity, 3 GW solar module capacity, a 5 GWh advanced chemistry battery cell pack unit, and advanced solar components, along with a 60 MW AC captive power plant in the Dhenkanal district. The investment is estimated at around Rs 4,500 crore in three phases.


Suraj Estate Developers


The real estate developer announced the launch of its commercial project, One Business Bay, having a carpet area of 2.09 lakh sq ft, with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 1,200 crore.


Bharat Dynamics


BDL has signed a contract worth Rs 2,095.70 crore with the Ministry of Defence for the supply of Invar anti-tank missiles to the Indian Army.


Rallis India


The company announced its partnership with Paryan Alliance as the licensed technology partner for FullPage Herbicide Tolerance Rice Technology in India.


Block Deals


Ather Energy


National Investment and Infrastructure Fund II (NIIF), owned by the Government and a group of institutional investors, sold 87.02 lakh equity shares (equivalent to 2.28% of the paid-up equity) in Ather Energy, the Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler maker, at Rs 622.35 per share, amounting to Rs 541.57 crore.


As of September 2025, NIIF held 1.77 crore equity shares, or a 4.67 percent stake, in Ather Energy.


The 2.28 percent stake was acquired by several domestic and global institutional investors, including Ghisallo Master Fund, Invesco Mutual Fund, Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund, Param Capital, Societe Generale, and Ashoka Whiteoak ICAV.


Axis Bank


Societe Generale picked up 91,177 equity shares in Axis Bank at Rs 1,221.6 per share for Rs 11.1 crore from BofA Securities Europe SA.


Tata Capital


Societe Generale bought 11.53 lakh shares in Tata Capital at Rs 325.2 per share for Rs 37.5 crore from Marshall Wace Investment Strategies – Eureka Fund.


Sammaan Capital


Societe Generale acquired 88.24 lakh shares in Sammaan Capital at Rs 176.97 per share for Rs 156.16 crore from Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore.

Supreme Power Equipment, Salzer Electronics


Varanium Capital Advisors, the asset management firm, bought 2.4 lakh shares in Supreme Power Equipment at Rs 227.42 per share for Rs 5.45 crore, and 1.6 lakh shares in Salzer Electronics at Rs 772.62 per share, valued at Rs 12.36 crore.
