Stocks to Watch
Unichem Laboratories
The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) conducted an inspection at the company’s Kolhapur API facility from January 27 to February 2. The inspection closed with five observations, which were largely procedural in nature, and none were related to data integrity.
The company will provide the necessary responses to the USFDA within the stipulated 15-day period.
IRB Infrastructure Developers
The company has transferred its 100 percent equity share capital in VM7 Expressway (Gandeva–Ena HAM project) to the IRB InvIT Fund for Rs 513 crore.
Following this asset transfer, the company’s consolidated debt is expected to reduce by approximately Rs 700 crore.
Brigade Hotel Ventures
The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Tamil Nadu, committing an investment of Rs 1,100 crore in Chennai.
As part of this initiative, the company will add over 500 new keys across three properties in Chennai, including Courtyard by Marriott at Chennai World Trade Center, Grand Hyatt Chennai ECR, and JW Marriott Chennai OMR. Brigade Group has already acquired land for these projects to develop hospitality destinations in Chennai.
Zen Technologies
The Board has approved the appointment of Hari Haran Chalat as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective January 31.
Bulk Deals
Clean Science and Technology
Amansa Holdings, owned by Singapore-based investor Akash Prakash, has bought 11.79 lakh shares (equivalent to 1.1 percent of the paid-up equity) in Clean Science and Technology for Rs 93.39 crore. The acquisition price was Rs 791.84 per share.
Amansa already held a 1.26 percent stake in Clean Science as of December 2025.
Jinkushal Industries
Royal Alpha Opportunity Fund has acquired 1.96 lakh shares in Jinkushal Industries at Rs 69.59 per share for Rs 1.36 crore, while Vorton Opportunities Fund bought 3.92 lakh shares at Rs 69.49 per share for Rs 2.72 crore.
India Homes
Lloyds Enterprises remained a buyer in India Homes, acquiring an additional 75 lakh shares (a 1.88 percent stake) in the steel products maker at Rs 13.3 per share for Rs 9.97 crore. Meanwhile, M K Banka (HUF) offloaded 74.74 lakh shares (a 1.87 percent stake) at the same price for Rs 9.94 crore.
On February 1, Lloyds Enterprises had bought a 1.8 percent stake in India Homes, in addition to its 3.43 percent shareholding as of December 2025.
