Hindustan Construction Company
The company closed its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) issue and raised Rs 600 crore from several institutional investors, including Societe Generale, Citigroup Global, SBI General Insurance, and Leading Light Fund, by issuing 13.95 crore shares for Rs 43.01 per share.
Dhanlaxmi Bank
The Board has approved a rights issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 297.54 crore and has fixed the rights issue price at Rs 21 per share. The issue will open on January 8, 2025, and close on January 28, 2025.
GE Vernova T&D India
The company has received an order worth Rs 400 crore from Sterlite Grid 32 for the supply and supervision of HV equipment for a TBCB project.
Amara Raja Energy & Mobility
Hyundai Motor India (HMIL) will equip its domestic product lineup with AMARON’s AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) battery technology. The batteries will be used as SLI (Starting, Lighting, and Ignition) batteries and will be procured under HMIL’s existing procurement agreement with Amara Raja Energy & Mobility.
Exide Industries
The company's subsidiary, Exide Energy Solutions, has executed a binding term sheet with Hyundai Motor India for the production and supply of battery cells for Hyundai Motor's electric vehicles.

The Board has approved the appointment of CMA Sojan C S as the Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective December 19, 2024.
KPI Green Energy
The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Rajasthan for the development of hybrid solar and wind power projects in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
InterGlobe Aviation
The Board has approved the grant of a loan of up to $43 million to the company’s subsidiary, InterGlobe Aviation Financial Services IFSC.
Zodiac Energy
The company has received its first international rooftop order worth $720,626 from Kitwe, Zambia. The order involves designing, engineering, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning a grid-tied 2 MWp rooftop solar system with a battery energy storage system for Strongpak.
AU Small Finance Bank
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the re-appointment of Harun Rashid Khan as the Part-time Chairman of AU Small Finance Bank for three years, effective December 28, 2024.
Mufin Green Finance
The company has entered into a finance agreement with the United States International Development Finance Corporation, a U.S. government development finance institution, for availing a loan facility of up to $18 million.

HG Infra Engineering
Dr. Yash Pal Soni has been appointed as the Chief Information Officer of the company, effective January 20, 2025.
BASF India
The Board has given in-principle approval for the demerger of the company’s agricultural solutions business into a separate listed legal entity. This will enable operational flexibility, leverage differentiated steering, and create value. The agricultural solutions business generated sales of Rs 2,006.46 crore, representing 14.57% of the total revenues of the company in FY24.
Hyundai Motor India
The Board has approved the re-appointment of Unsoo Kim as Managing Director of the company for three years, effective January 25, 2025.
Bharti Airtel
The telecom operator has prepaid Rs 3,626 crore to the Department of Telecom, clearing all its liabilities for the spectrum it had acquired in 2016. With this, Airtel has now prepaid all its spectrum dues that had interest costs higher than 8.65%. Airtel has prepaid a total of Rs 28,320 crore of spectrum liabilities in 2024.
New India Assurance Company
Lavanya Mundayur has been elevated to the position of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Agriculture Insurance Company of India. At the time of elevation, Lavanya Mundayur was the General Manager of New India Assurance Company.

AGS Transact Technologies
Promoter Vineha Enterprises sold a 3.23% stake in AGS Transact at an average price of Rs 72.59 per share. However, Upadhyaya Ajay bought a 0.61% stake at an average price of Rs 71.64 per share, and Yuyu Family Private Trust picked up a 0.61% stake at an average price of Rs 71.66 per share.
DOMS Industries
Foreign promoter FILA - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ED Affini SPA sold a 2.29% stake in DOMS at an average price of Rs 2,879.12 per share, and a 2.28% stake at an average price of Rs 2,879.47 per share, amounting to Rs 798.5 crore. However, Axis Asset Management Company bought a 0.5% stake in DOMS at an average price of Rs 2,879 per share, valued at Rs 211.46 crore.
Inventurus Knowledge Solutions
Norges Bank, on account of the Government Pension Fund Global, bought a 1.98% stake in the company, valued at Rs 651.7 crore. Norges Bank purchased 16.59 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1,923.92 per share, and 17.5 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 1,899.67.
One Mobikwik Systems
Investor Peak XV Partners Investment Holdings III sold a 0.9% stake in Mobikwik at an average price of Rs 579.37 per share, valued at Rs 40.59 crore.
Prataap Snacks
Stallion Asset bought a 1.54% stake in the company at an average price of Rs 965.05 per share, amounting to Rs 35.64 crore. However, Bandhan Mutual Fund sold a 1.65% stake at an average Rs 965.05 per share, valued at Rs 38.1 crore.
Sai Life Sciences
Sivaramakrishnan Chittor, the company's Chief Financial Officer, sold a 0.72% stake in Sai Life at an average price of Rs 732 per share, valued at Rs 109.8 crore.
Manoj Vaibhav Gems & Jewellers
Nalanda India Fund sold a 5.52% stake in Vaibhav Gems at an average price of Rs 303.13 per share, amounting to Rs 81.84 crore.
