Stocks to be added to the BSE Sensex


Asia Index has decided to add Trent and Bharat Electronics to the BSE Sensex effective June 23. However, Nestle India and IndusInd Bank will be dropped from the BSE Sensex. Further, IDFC First Bank will replace Canara Bank in the BSE Bankex, while in the BSE Sensex Next 50 index, Britannia Industries, Dixon Technologies, Coforge, Hero MotoCorp, and Indus Towers will be replacing InterGlobe Aviation, Shriram Finance, Bharat Forge, Dabur India, and Siemens.


Lumax Auto Technologies


The company has completed the acquisition of the remaining 25% shareholding in IAC International Automotive India. As a result, IAC India has become a wholly owned material subsidiary of the company.


Indus Towers


The company has entered into an agreement to acquire a 26% stake in JSW Green Energy Eight, a special purpose vehicle, for the procurement of renewable energy from a solar PV plant.

TVS Motor Company


The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OOR Cabs to supply 500 TVS King EV MAX electric three-wheelers during the financial year 2025–26 in Tamil Nadu.

The company has inaugurated the expanded Tata Steel Kalinganagar (TSK) plant, increasing its crude steel capacity from 3 MTPA to 8 MTPA (million tonnes per annum).

Veedol Corporation


Promoter Andrew Yule & Company has decided to withdraw the offer-for-sale (OFS) issue of Veedol Corporation. The promoter had proposed to sell up to 3.48 lakh equity shares (a 2 percent stake) in Veedol Corporation on May 23 and May 26, through a designated window of the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
