The International Monetary Fund (IMF) on Tuesday lowered Indias economic growth forecast for the current fiscal to 7.4% from the 8.2% estimated in April, a report by Livemint said. In its latest World Economic Outlook update, the IMF also lowered the countrys growth forecast for the financial year 2023-24 by 0.8 percentage points to 6.1%. Despite the lowered forecast, India will remain one of the fastest growing key economies globally in 2022-23 as well as 2023-24, the Livemint report added.

dear sultan brother....is the GOI and the telcos ready with their submissions?...there are plethora of corporate cases on going in the SCI, the courts are hearing them and passing judgments...even during the summer vacation the courts were running and approximately two thousand four hundred cases were to the public notion that the courts are on holiday...even the standalone petition of V! for review in its otsc case was heard during the vacation and the earlier order was recalled....as I have mentioned these two issues AGR and OTSC has lot of legal quagmire involved....the telcos and GOI have to put up a very strong and foolproof submission...so they are not caught on the wrong foot again...as it had happened earlier.... regards
