The company has secured orders worth Rs 2,518 crore in the civil, transportation & distribution, and cable & conductors segments.
Lupin
The pharma company has received approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) for Dapagliflozin and Metformin Hydrochloride extended-release tablets, which are available in 5 mg/500 mg, 5 mg/1,000 mg, 10 mg/500 mg, and 10 mg/1,000 mg strengths.
RITES
The company has received engineering & project management consultancy (PMC) work for the construction of a railway siding at Sankerjang in Phase-I for the Utkal-D coal mines on a deposit mode from National Aluminium Company (NALCO), on a cost-plus turnkey basis.
The contract value has been increased from Rs 79.73 crore to Rs 118.89 crore.
NHPC
The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA) has approved an investment of Rs 26,069.50 crore for the construction of the 1,720 MW Kamala Hydro Electric Project (HEP) in the Kamle, Kra Daadi, and Kurung Kumey districts of Arunachal Pradesh. The estimated completion period for the project is 96 months.
The installed capacity of Kamala HEP is 1,720 MW (8 x 210 MW & 1 x 40 MW), which is expected to generate 6,870 MUs of energy annually. The project will be implemented through a joint venture company between NHPC and the Arunachal Pradesh government.
NTPC
The company has signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Électricité de France (EDF) to explore cooperation in developing new nuclear power projects in India.
Redtape
The company has acquired the international sports footwear brand Sprandi for India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka.
The company will be launching this brand in the Indian market very soon through online and retail stores with large volumes.
Jet Airways
The assets of Jet Airways (India)—two Boeing 777 aircraft based in Delhi—have been put up for sale through an e-auction by the liquidator, Satish Kumar Gupta.
As per the e-auction platform, Ace Aviation XIV is the successful bidder for both aircraft, with a total bid amount of Rs 568.17 crore against a reserve price of Rs 356.75 crore.
Bosch
The Board has approved the company's acquisition of Bosch Chassis Systems India (RBIC) from its existing shareholders, Robert Bosch Investment Nederland B.V. (RBNI), Netherlands, and Robert Bosch LLC, USA, for Rs 9,068.68 crore for a 100 percent stake.
Upon acquisition, Bosch Chassis Systems India will become a wholly owned subsidiary and also a material subsidiary of the company.
Network People Services Technologies
NPST has secured an order from a public sector bank to deploy its AI-powered Risk Intelligence and Decision Platform (RIDP) for merchant underwriting and monitoring.
Poonawalla Fincorp
The company is likely to launch a QIP issue to raise funds of up to Rs 5,000 crore for its growth purposes, reports CNBC-TV18.
Bulk and Block Deals
Delhivery
Nexus Ventures III and Nexus Opportunity Fund, owned by Nexus Venture Partners, which invests in the US and India, sold 1.04 crore shares and 15.62 lakh shares in Delhivery for Rs 461.3 crore and Rs 69.08 crore, respectively. This totalled a 1.6 percent stake (1.2 crore shares) worth Rs 530.4 crore.
Nexus Ventures III held a 4.49 percent stake in Delhivery as of December 2025.
On the contrary, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, SBI Mutual Fund, Alphamine Absolute Return Fund, Edelweiss Mutual Fund, BNP Paribas Financial Markets, and Nippon India Mutual Fund were buyers of 1.2 crore shares. The transaction price for the block deals in Delhivery was Rs 442 per share.
Jindal Poly Films
Mace Venture bought 2.85 lakh shares for Rs 25.47 crore, and M Prasad & Co acquired 7.7 lakh shares for Rs 68.84 crore from Seetha Kumari. The transaction price was Rs 894 per share, valuing the 2.4 percent stake deal at Rs 94.32 crore.
Non-institutional investor Seetha Kumari held a 4.82 percent stake in Jindal Poly Films as of December 2025.
Uflex
First Water Fund, a Category III alternative investment fund managed by First Water Capital Advisors, has acquired an additional 7.5 lakh shares (1.03 percent stake) in Uflex, the packaging solutions provider, for Rs 25.5 crore from K2 Family Private Trust. The transaction price was Rs 340 per share.
First Water Fund already held a 3.6 percent shareholding in Uflex as of December 2025. Uflex shares soared 5.96 percent to Rs 367.80.
ITC Hotels
GQG Partners Inc-managed GQG Partners Emerging Markets Equity Fund has offloaded 1.28 crore shares (0.61 percent stake) in ITC Hotels at Rs 152.67 per share, valued at Rs 196.75 crore.
As of December 2025, GQG Partners held a 1.97 percent stake in ITC Hotels.
