Cement maker Dalmia Bharat Ltd on Wednesday reported a 37.18 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 439 crore for the last quarter of 2024-25, helped by cost efficiency measures. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 320 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.

Reported a sharp decline in Q3 net profit to Rs 61 crore (YoY from Rs 263 crore), missing the Rs 148 crore estimate. Revenue decreased to Rs 3,180 crore (YoY from Rs 3,600 crore), below expectations. Ebitda fell to Rs 511 crore, with margins contracting to 16.06 per cent from 21.53 per cent.
