The shareholders of Care Health Insurance reappointed Rashmi Saluja as a director, despite a challenge from the Burman family, which owns a significant stake in Religare Enterprises. Religare holds a 64 per cent stake in Care Health.

religare mgmt is working for self interest, they need to understand this is not private company and they are answerable to shareholders and regulators
