Bourses have given consent for the merger of three subsidiaries into JK Lakshmi Cement. According to the scheme of amalgamation, three subsidiaries namely Udaipur Cement Works, Hansdeep Industries and Trading, and Hidrive Developers and Industries will merge into JK Lakshmi Cement.
