MRF stock extends losses after Q1 results; CLSA bullish, sees 26% upside on margin recovery hopes
MRF shares traded marginally lower on Wednesday, August 12, extending losses from the previous session after a weak June-quarter operating performance. H0wever, brokerage CLSA maintained an 'Outperform' rating on the tyre maker and expects margins to recover sequentially.MRF stock was trading at Rs 1,30,845 in morning trade, down 0.21 percent for the day. NP down because of higher raw material, mainly rubber prices. Now that rubber prices have come down , expect strong nos in the 2nd qtr. Sales up by 35% compared to last yr june qtr. Rest nos are ok. Shd move up to 92000 to 93000 levels
