like we have delisting offer case of HEXA TRADEX live from 21 to 27 June. last date to buy for participation will be 23 June as per t plus 2 but i have observed many brokers do not accept bids in special situation cases till 3.,30 pm on last date (in this case 27 June ) but keep a cut off time say 11 am so safe to buy by 22 June . ...open offers and delisting offers do not have record date .

There is never a record date in open offers and delisting offers but you can even buy 2 working days before offer closer and participate .right now for Ambuja cement and ACC the schedule given in TENTATIVE
