Kaveri Seed board approves share buyback
Kaveri Seed on Wednesday informed that the board of the company at a meeting held today have approved buyback of equity shares for an aggregate amount of Rs120 crore. The buyback price has been set at Rs850 per share. EPS we will see Rs36 plus and net profits also for the first quarter we will see near to RS 222 crore and its due to big demand in the first quarter in compare to last year first quarter in which the all india faced the covid and lockdown. The target is very clear that its cross RS650 to 700 plus. In the june quarter can see and check the FIIS increased the stake which is a surprised because they are continue seller in the other stock and this stock increased the stake. The DIIs also increased the stake. My view is very simple to think twice what is in the mind of FIIs and DIIs and for what target they are added and keep hold.

June qtr is the best for Kaveri. Profit is more than sum of other three qtrs. Monsoon this year is very good till date and expected to be above normal during full season. The stock price to reach 600 by the Q1 result date. The price peaking around Q1 result happens every year.

maybe this time we will need to hold for Long term .. more value is there in kav. if we keep it. it will move but we need patients and earnings and growth. next year will be better. short term can exit now
